The shipment has been at my Nashville facility since July 30 and the event I attended was on August 5 and that’s why I bought the color. I’m assuming it’s lost again.

Fast shipping & Reasonably priced
Reasonably priced, ordered on a Friday and received what I ordered 3 days later, on Monday. It is not counterfeit and everything was factory sealed. I trust this company completely and will do business with them again. Very pleased.

Items shipped fast! Received less than a week. Gentleman wasn't very friendly on the phone when I called to ask about the products but the inline order and arrivalwas fantastic. Only 1 of the 6 tubes were expired. I see that in every cosmetology salon supply co.

Happy with my purchases
Based on some of the reviews I was hesitant but I desperately wanted a product I could only find here. After 3 orders the service has been great. Shipping was really quick and the products were exactly as I ordered in good condition.

Stay Away, It is a Scam!
I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from this seller. The product I received was clearly not authentic — the texture, smell, and packaging were completely off compared to genuine Kérastase. When I reached out for help, they refused to acknowledge the issue, denied my refund request, and then completely ignored all my email follow-ups.
This was one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Not only did they deliver a fake product, but their customer service is nonexistent. They take your money and vanish.
I’m extremely disappointed and feel cheated. Save yourself the trouble and buy from an authorized retailer instead. This seller cannot be trusted.
