This company is a scam. I ordered Bitter Orange supplement - it never arrived. I had paid by Paypal so alerted them. This company got very nasty and demanded I retract my complaint. I didn’t. The supplement never arrived. They advertise in sterling but are not UK based. Steer clear.

I was kept appraised of each step. Professional company with favourable pricing. In current climate it’s comforting to feel in safe hands

I have received my order completely. But if you order something from this website you should be patient specifically if you are in Europe.because your package may stay in custom for few weeks. I received my order about two month after I ordered it. but Im happy and will order again

Since September 2022 I have now purchased x3 EPO Boost Supplements the staff have always been prompt with emails & to keep me updated on everything with my order considering I am in Liverpool in the United Kingdom delivery is very quick & very reasonable shipping costs also ishopnutrition is the best value for this actual product even slightly cheaper than the european suppliers of this product.

I wish I had researched this company before I placed my order. It's been over a month since I placed my order and they have so far, refused a refund. They have my money and I don't have what I ordered. An absolute scam. Avoid.

I have just received EPO Boost 120 capsules from ishopnutrition, They where prompt & very fast with the delivery to me packaged well & I received discount as I was a new customer delivery was quick to Liverpool U.K, I panicked when I seen some of the reviews on here but I can assure you they where on hand to answer my emails & 5 * service allround.

I was really worried I'd been scammed after not receiving a confirmation email for my purchase, which is usually a sign of a scam website (lost one star for this). I searched trust pilot but found only the non EU specific page with very concerning reviews claiming the website was a scam and I'd been redirected to the EU page from the official website so I was worried. I sent an email to ishop nutrition, I received a reply the same day with a postage tracking link and told it was dispatched 18th July and would be 11 to 16 business days. Package are arrived today (12 business days). Perfectly packaged and product looks and feels legitimate. Just thought I'd share my experience here after being worried by those reviews but reminder this was the European site.

PLEASE don't waste your time with this business, I'm still waiting for my order.
I've been back to the website a few times and read through various things on there and I have to say, had I read them properly beforehand, I wouldn't have ordered from here.
I was looking for a very nich product and found it on this site, however, I doubt very much that it's the real thing....if it turns up.
This is the first and last time I order from this business, please have a read of the terms of service section, everything is on the user of the site, this business don't take ANY responsibility for anything.

This site is a scam. When you order they demand a security check, in which they demand a picture of your photo ID and a picture of your credit card (even if you've used paypal). There is no customer service. They are also located in multiple countries, Canada and the UK. Zero response from them

Waited 3 months for delivery, it failed. They removed my ability to write a negative review on Amazon. They also asked me to remove my negative review. I think they're a scam and their positive reviews on Amazon must be fake because they ask people to remove their negative reviews but this sentence is pure speculation but reasonable, educated speculation.

Do not trust these clowns. It’s taken 5 weeks and my product has still not arrived. Their customer service is cut n paste. Don’t give them your money, it must be a scam.

They are really useless and appear cunning as well. I paid via Paypal, now more than a month after ordering the goods have not been delivered. Many times they tell me they will refund what I paid, but nothing happens...then they asked me to close my claim with Paypal as it costs them money ''15 dollars'' to settle the claim and gives them a ''negative review''. I do not trust these people to delete my Paypal claim and then hope they will pay me back! Given their performance here a bad reputation is what they deserve....one star is too much for this kind of nonsese..... Next stop is the BBB and Yelp..... AVOID THEM.

AVOID. Especially if you are in the U.K.

I ordered my product over two weeks ago. Still waiting.

There was no indication during the booking process of the delivery time. The booking was in GBP which indicated the outlet was based in the UK. The postage cost was high so it seemed the product would arrive in a few days.

I have since emailed the company who have simply advised that I can return the product (at my cost). A farcical response when I don't actually the product - two weeks and counting.

I needed this product asap for a health condition and it was expensive. Apparently we can all afford to buy the same expensive product elsehwere when the one we order from 'ishopnutrition' doesn't turn up - as 'ishopnutrition' customer service keep telling me.
