Very professional, would go nowhere else!
Very professional, lovely people to deal with particularly Rebecca who dealt with my property. I was kept in the picture all the time and communication was excellent. Rebecca moved extremely quickly and I managed to have the tenants in the property within 2 weeks of the advert going live. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I would recommend that you go no where else if you are looking to let or rent!

Supposed to give electric safety…
Supposed to give electric safety certificate but they were unwilling to help. Mark was very rude and dismissive everytime I called. Basically once purchase goes through they don’t care they got their money thats all they care about. Even at the beginning when we was questioning the title of the property they were dismissive about our concerns about it being labelled freehold but it still having a leasehold title. Basically we asked why it wasn’t merged if owner owns both they said who cares. The sale went smoothly just the above concerns were obviously an issue.

I am sorry to hear that you felt a member of our team was, in any way, dismissive in responding to your enquiries regarding the property you purchased. Please accept our apologies for any frustration this may have caused.
To help address your concerns, I can confirm that following completion of the sale, we did contact the seller on your behalf to request the electrical safety report.
Unfortunately, this document has not yet been provided, and while we have followed up, we are unable to compel the seller to supply it.
With regard to the property tenure, while the property was leasehold at the time of purchase, the same party also owned the freehold. As part of the transaction, the seller transferred the freehold to you, which rendered the initial leasehold position obsolete.
I am sorry if you feel our responses fell short of your expectations. Please be assured that we have made every reasonable effort, where possible, to obtain the documentation you requested following completion.

Today I picked up the key for my new rental property. The lettings team at Triggs have been wonderful throughout the entire process of finding a new place to live and have made things so much more simple for me. They have been open and transparent at every step of the process. The ladies in the Lettings team have been friendly and approachable, remaining professional whilst also providing an excellent service. First class service
First class service after the boiler broke Sunday evening. Had a new boiler installed by Thursday. From the initial report to the installation I couldn’t fault any of it. The contractor they used was brilliant to kept me informed and left everywhere clean and tidy

Impressive
We were with two other estate agents who didn't even get us a viewing! We jumped over to Trigghomes and so glad we did. They found us a buyer within a week , unfortunately our buyer changed their mind. Straight away they rang us with lots of viewings even a viewing a couple of days before Christmas. They have found us a buyer. They are also so enthusiastic, passionate , friendly and warm. Selling your house (despite us being experienced in this) can feel quite scary and lonely but they are right by our sides to see it through. This is one of many things that separates them from other Agents that they care and will help you along the way. They are all excellent. We've dealt with Rhys , Simon, Mark and Debbie. All of them have been extremely impressive. We've still got a way to go with our sale and purchase but feel more confident with these guys by our side.
