First things first, at a face to face level their service is sound; this is the reason I rate 2 stars as opposed to 1.

My experience after part exchanging my car to them however, was extremely poor. Having been inforned face to face they would only accept it on the basis my part exchanged car was to be scrapped, they have not actually scrapped it.

I can see that the MOT on the car has been renewed, so not only have they not honoured their end of that deal, they have also left me financially disadvantaged as their customer - seemingly having sold the car on for a bit more cash after misleading me to believe it was worth scrap. I thought Islington was a very reputable dealer, having bought two cars from them already, but the second car will be my last as I no longer see them as a trustworthy car dealership

I have been using Islington Motor Group for 20 years. Never had a problem. They are competent, reliable, friendly, polite and always helpful.
Car always comes back from service washed and hoovered inside.

Recently have dealt with their Westbury Ford branch and have to say that it was, probably, the best car buying experience I have ever had (and I have had more than a few).
I live many miles from them and thus had to rely upon the salesperson, Rhys, to describe the car and provide its history, I trusted what he said (really unlike me as several very bad experiences in the past year), paid a small, refundable, deposit and travelled to see the car a few days later.
It was everything I had hoped it would be and maybe exceeded his description. He took a great deal of time with me going through all of my queries and a deal was struck. I later found out he had come in for my visit on his day off, brilliant.
Picked the car up yesterday, all of the work promised had been done and it looked amazing. Had a great drive home and am sat typing this whilst looking at it gleaming in the sun, to say I am delighted would be a massive understatement.
