After sending my iphone ti istorm shop located in limassol i was informed a week later and more that my ipnone cant be repair in there store center service! Very bad bad service also they dont care about there customers trying to reach them over the phone which they NEVER pick up the phone...while i was in the shop trying just for test ti see if they will answer the phone but aftet 15 calls where i was still there no one cares to answer!!!! Bad SERVICE AND UNRELIABLE SHOP e.t.c...

Магазин- ДНО! Зачем такой официальный продавец если все ровно приходится покупать и привозить из другой страны?! уже ДВАЖДЫ! заказывал и ждал 3 мес.!!! последний заказ на часы сделал в ОКТЯБРЕ! уже конец декабря!!! и говорят только -ждите еще.
Может Бизнес это не ваше? торгуйте проводками и чехлами, это у вас всегда в наличии!

This is just terrible service , this is my 2nd review of this shop , i learned the hard way they can’t be trusted over online orders because the online orders are always delayed and honest to god they would send you anything except what you ordered , the shop is in an inconvenient location in Limassol but I still visit the shop because i don't trust their online ordering system, today i realized why , the shop is highly unorganized, the management is absent and the employees have 0% clue what they are doing , i went today to the shop in Limassol , first of all the place was packed and only 2 people working one was just scanning safe pass codes , the other one was on the register and the other the only female in the shop was being chatted up by a client but it seems she was in to it , after that there was about 10 people waiting to pay at one point both employees were assisting 1 client as the person on the register had no clue how their own systems work , this company only cares about sales no customer satisfaction or any support at all , stay away from this shop , they are all highly incompetent

Cancels online orders
Doesn't accept returns
Doesn't pickup phone
Avoid them at any cost!

If I was able to put no stars I would! Ridiculous. Very bad in store service, rude personnel not helpful at all, none of the products advertised are available. I was asked to order online even though I was in the shop. Its been a month and I have not heard from them, calling no one is answering sending messages, emails, no response!!! Very Very poor service

I pre ordered the iPhone 12, 10 minutes after the pre orders have been started (which means I was one of the first people in the priority list). Although my card has been charged they called me once to let me know that I will get a refund because the phone will have several days of delay. After a week I got the refund. After 3 weeks, no one called and I called them more than 30 times in different times and days with no response. Very bad customer support. I regret that I have pre ordered from them and not from any other shop. The most hilarious thing is that they advertise all over the internet that if you want to get it first then pre order from them. Jesus.

Lackluster official Apple reseller. Their website is poorly built, full of bugs and very difficult to navigate. Items are overpriced and their delivery times are in months (3 months for the latest MacBook Pro), for Apple products you can get in less than a week in other European markets, something that the company is skillfully trying to hide during the checkout process. They boast to be the official Apple reseller, however, their quality standards are way below what someone would expect for the "official Apple reseller". Try to find what you are looking for somewhere else. It will probably be cheaper and more quickly delivered to your door.
