Return Policy Tricks and Traps
I purchased the Apple Pencil online with the option to pick-up in the store. By mistake I chose the Apple Pencil version that is incompatible with my iPad.
However, when I tried to return it - I was refused to do so. It appears that Terms and Conditions has a point, telling that specifically in this situation return is not possible (ordering online and then picking up in the physical store).
I understand that this point exists in the Terms and Conditions (that is 100 pages long for sure), and I actually had a chance to read it through and be aware. However, in my opinion this point just does not make any sense at all. It totally violates customer protection policies that allow 14-days return without even specifying any reason in case product is in a good shape (and my pencil was not even used for a single second). What is the difference of buying online as opposed to buying in the store? Or what is the difference of buying online and having delivery by a courier?

Am comandat un iphone 15 si dupa telefoane, emailuri furioase la ei si la firma de curierat, mi s-a livrat telefonul dupa 2 saptamani. Cea mai proasta organizare de livrare. Nu au suport prin telefon, iar pe email iti trimit niste raspunsuri dezinteresate, nu isi cer scuze pentru situatiile create, etc, lipsa de profesionalism si incompetenta. Nu recomand serviciul online si din alte comentarii citite dupa ce am trait toata experienta asta oribila, am vazut ca si magazinele fizice sunt praf. E prima data cand intru in contact cu ei. Pana acum am comandat de pe emag sau alte magazine online si nu am avut nici o problema- imi livrau produsul in 1-2 zile, fara stres, nervi, etc. Nu are rost sa lucrati cu ei. Au aceleasi preturi doar ca iti vine sa treci la samsung dupa experienta cu ei😀
Extremely Disappointed with iStyle.ro Customer Service
I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with iStyle.ro, one of Apple's PREMIUM authorized resellers in Romania. I placed an order for an Apple Magic Keyboard for iPad Pro 12.9" (5th generation) White, INT layout. Unfortunately, I mistakenly ordered the wrong model and needed the version for the iPad Pro 11".
Despite contacting iStyle.ro immediately to request an exchange, I was met with a frustrating lack of flexibility. Initially, they were willing to make an exception but later refused to assist because the plastic foil on the box had been removed, even though the product had not been used and was still in its original packaging.
As a customer, I am deeply disappointed by their rigid policies and the poor customer service. This experience is particularly disheartening given Apple's reputation for prioritizing customer satisfaction and providing exceptional service.
I expected better from an authorized Apple premium reseller and hoped they would uphold the same high standards of customer care. Unfortunately, this was not the case.
I cannot recommend iStyle.ro based on my experience. Their lack of understanding and unwillingness to assist with a simple exchange has left me extremely dissatisfied. I hope they reconsider their policies and improve their customer service in the future.

Like others said, website is down most of the time, and there is no such thing as phone customer support. I've only placed an order with them because they were the only ones with the product I wanted (an Anker videoprojector). At least they seem to respond pretty fast on email.
Never again!
Place two orders for iphone15 on 16th of SEPTEMBER, one arrived two weeks later (three orders between my orders), the other one is still not here.
When I asked for updates via email they said that new batch will arrive and the phone will be delivered three weeks ago.
Today, I called and waited for two hours and no answer.

Am comandat un telefon care era in stocul online și care trebuia sa ajungă la mine inre 1-3 zile lucrătoare ,nu a ajuns și când am sunat a zis ca vine după 8 săptămâni.Nu recomand acest site ,este neserios și blochează banii clienților ,cei de la Apple ar trebui sa își găsească alți colaboratori in România,după părerea mea.Te păcălesc ca sunt pe stoc sa plătești apoi nu ii mai intereseaza ,iti recomanda sa anulezi comanda sau sa aștepți .

Company is Fraud. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from them and received 2 pairs of complete garbage that should be disposed of. The company refused to give me address so I could send these back. Send them few emails without any response. Company scamming people for money. Be aware and stay away.
Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. Nobody answers their phone and no matter how many emails you send no one replies. Don't EVER use them to buy ANYTHING apple. I just wish the real Apple would come to Romania instead of these major let downs who don't care about their customers and only care about themselves. The employees themselves take money from customers to bump them up the pecking order when ordering a product from the shop itself. This retailer should be closed for good.
Sad experience
I can’t even begin to describe the Poor costumez service. I ordered an iPhone 12 mini form their site with delivery. Although on the site it said it was available, after placing the order they Told me it’ll Take up to 2 weeks to deliver it to me. I DO NOT RECOMEND ISTYLE!

Am cumparat recent un iPhone 13 Pro Max de de la iStyle Vitan, apoi am revenit la ei sa achizitionez o carcasa de protectie si o folie. (a doua, respectiv a treia zi). De aceea m au si putut pacali de 2 ori la rand. Am fost pacalit cu 49 ron (198.99 - 149.99) , respectiv 38.99 ron (198.99 - 160). Probabil va veti intreba cum procedeaza acest magazin tepar? Cum a fost posibil cand mi s a dat bon si factura? Foarte simplu cum opereaza escrocii, factureaza altceva decat ceea ce ai solicitat, in felul acesta te fura "legal". Ba chiar produsul tau este pus pe bon, apoi serviciul de 198.99 si la mijloc pe bon se da cu anulare pe produs. Ramane decat serviciul 198.99 ron pe care nimeni nu l a solicitat! Carcasa Mag Safe pentru iPhone 13 Pro Max costa 160 Lei pe website! Puteti verifica acest lucru! In magazin mi s-a spus 199 Lei! Avea si pretul cu abtibild pe ea lipit tocmai ca sa para cat mai credibili! Sa iti poata spune ca in magazin este alt pret ca pe site! Dar cum incaseaza ei mai mult decat 160 Lei cat ar trebui sa fie pretul? Am atasat poze si o sa vedeti pe bonul fiscal cum procedeaza: Factureaza Carcasa Mag Safe 160 Lei apoi serviciul iStyle Comfort iPhone 198.99 Lei (pe care nimeni nu il solicita) apoi mai jos pe bon va scrie "ANULARE" - 160 Lei Carcasa Mag safe. Si totalul va fi: 198.99 Lei! Cine nu se uita cu atentie nu sesizeaza! Si in acest fel ei iti vand un serviciu, nu un produs! Practic te inseala pe tine ca si client luandu-ti 198.99 Lei pe serviciul iStyle Comfort in loc sa iti factureze 160 Lei carcasa MagSafe. Castigul lor? Simplu, incaseaza mai mult, legal cu factura, iar carcasele dispar din gestiune la negru, in felul asta ei se pot aproviziona de unde vor. Cum se numeste ceea ce fac ei? INSELACIUNE + FALS IN DOCUMENTE + EVAZIUNE FISCALA! Am fost la ei sa le spun acest lucru si baiatul de acolo, initial incerca sa ma prosteasca, ulterior cand i am aratat exact cum scrie pe bon si factura, mi a spus ca ei asa au ordin de la seful de magazin sa factureze. IREAL!!!! IREAL!!!! De asemenea, puteti observa cum si la folia de protectie in valoare de 149.99 Lei s-a facut acelasi procedeu de escrocherie, mi s a facturat iStyle Comfort 198.99 Lei apoi au scos de pe factura folia de protectie eu urmand a achita 198.99 Lei. Practic, am fost furat de 2 ori la rand, atat la carcasa, cat si la folia de protectie pentru ca le am achizitionat in zile diferite. Carcasa mi a fost vanduta chiar de catre seful de magazin cel cu parul alb, iar folia de protectie de un baiat care astazi cand am fost sa lamuresc mi a spus ca lor asa li s a spus sa faca. Nu este nicio problema, nu sta nimeni in 49 + 38.99 (87.99 Lei) teapa cand cumpara un telefon de 1500 euro, dar cand tupeul este maxim si esti tepuit cu acte in regula in mall la iStyle si esti ars pe fata si se fac astfel de ilegalitati sper ca mai multa lume sa mearga la autoritati si sa reclame neregulile semnalate asa cum voi face si eu! Au fost foarte relaxati cand le am spus ca ii voi reclama la autoritati, mi s a spus ca traiesc intr o societate libera si ca pot face absolut tot ce consider! ANPC, ANAF, POLITIA ROMANA!

This is the worst Apple authorized service provider in the world. Their support asks for money for everything. Oh, do we have to call Apple for you? We will charge you $100. Do we have to back up your files? We will charge you $100. Do we have to talk to you? We will charge you $100.
I don't know how Apple, which has such great customer support, has partnered with such a cheap company. They are literally thieves that have no idea what they are doing.
If you have an Apple product in Romania unfortunately you'll have to deal with these guys. I hate it, I hate that Apple doesn't have a proper authorized service here but these jokers.
Non-existent customer support
Orders take months to arrive. Nobody replies to my emails. When I call them, I have to wait 60 minutes until someone picks up the phone.

"Online Stock" is not actually 3-5 day delivery stock; They will display the store stock on the online stock and make you think it's a 3-5 day delivery, when in reality it's 30 days. Straight up dark pattern. When contacting them by email (twice), I got response after a week, ended up contacting their phone number where I was told it will be up to 30 days. Cool...
