They have great prices with great quality as well. The products are neatly sent with very good packaging. Just wish the courier could deliver a bit faster other than that great place to buy 2nd hand computers.

I have purchased refurbished products…
I have purchased refurbished products through ITAD twice, and both times, the service was excellent, the products were in great condition and the delivery was speedy.
Last night my PC had a slight malfunction. Not expecting a reply late at night on a Sunday I thought I would leave a message so that they could read it in the morning. To my surprise, I was immediately assisted by Morne, who requested that I send a video so that they could assess it without me needing to go through the costs of sending it back for a check. I decided to send it in the morning.
I sent the video through the next morning before 8 and was immediately assisted by Sydwell who talked me through rectifying the problem myself. He was patient and gave the instructions step by step to see if things could get sorted out. And it worked!
This is a team that puts the customer's needs above all else, and they didn't just say, "We need to see it to fix it" like most pc companies would have done - they genuinely care.
So if you are looking for a store that puts customers first, then this is the store for you.

My products were ready in time and I could collect. The only problem was that the monitor could not connect with the computer, so I had to buy a separate convertor, so that would have been nice to know beforehand.

Some room for improvement
The process of ordering was great, but communication on delays could be better. My order delivery was delayed due to some stock issues, but I was not informed and only knew about it after I contacted them directly.
The issue was resolved quickly and got my products to me. The packaging was awesome to make sure no products were damaged during transit which was much appreciated.
