This site is very well structured and clear as well as incredibly helpful and surprisingly completely free. Due to the lack of resources on the internet regarding CEnt-S exams, this website is proving crucial, accessible and very helpful in regard to familiarizing students with the exam structure and syllabus- with that said, I can only hope that it's similar and accurate to actual CEnt-S exams

Scam
I just took the Cent-s exam. This site is a goddamn scam. Very few of the things I saw on the practice tests here were on the exam, and if they were, half the time the answers here were incorrect or extremely confusing. Don't use this site, just review the old TOLC-E pdf's online. Not only that, but in order to use the site, you need to write a positive review before you can access it.

First, we want to clearly state that ItaloStudy is a completely free platform, and our intention has never been to mislead students or present ourselves as an “official” exam source. Our goal is to help students practice concepts, improve speed, and become familiar with the overall structure and difficulty style of the CEnt-S exam.
We also want to address two points from your review:
We do not intentionally publish incorrect answers, and we continuously review and update questions whenever issues are reported.
The review prompt appearing too early was a known issue in our onboarding flow, and we’ve already fixed it so users can now explore the platform before being asked for feedback.
At the same time, we understand that exam experiences vary from student to student, especially as CISIA continues evolving question styles over time. Because of that, we are actively updating our content based on recent exam feedback from students.
