Because I am dumb, I bought an Apple Ipad for $13.99. Sounds like a deal right? I needed it for one function only, to use zoom for my doctors meetings being housebound for the most part. However, having NO clue about apple products or their suckiness (being a PC man) it was an IPAD 2. Yup a 2. Guess what you cant do? Add ANY apps whatsoever.
When I contact them to return it, they said sure, as long as *I* pay the shipping of $8. I said it was a deceitful selling practice. They claimed there was a long list of apps you can install. I said please send me a tiny list of 10 and then we will be good.

I believe they are a sham. I ordered very cheap deals on laptops and chargers with warranties. No tracking info was ever provided. Weeks went by and I email inquired about the shipping status. The reply was that tracking info is provided 3-5 days after ordering. I again asked for tracking info since it had been multiple weeks. The reply was that the order will be shipped within 48 hours with tracking info. When that did not happen I said I’ll be reporting the purchase to my bank as fraud. They replied that the order is canceled and refunded. The total was refunded to my card so that part is good but I can imagine this is a legitimate company.

The worst of the worst, descriptions are misleading at best, no mentions that items are USED, BEAT UP and have issues, customer service is useless and at best offer (after negotiations) you a shipping label to return the junk that is not worth even the shipping cost. zero stars, will not recommend

iPad too old, very limited funtionality. Beware before you buy. iPads are not returnable, see return policy.

They sold me an iPad that couldn't be updated. That information would have been good to know BEFORE I purchased the item. It is useless for the purpose I needed it for which was to simply run a printer. This was in 2023.

Placed an order and item was not what I expected. Customer care was very easy to work with on the return.

The customer service was great! Unfortunately, the device I selected was not right for me. They made the return so easy and the refund was immediate. What a great company!

I purchased an iPad from iTechDeals and it arrived inoperative. I had to pay shipping to return it and they said they’d send me a replacement when it arrived at their warehouse. I did receive an “alleged” refurbished iPad. It is apparently such an old model that the IOS can only be updated to IOS 9.3.5. With the current IOS being 17+, it is virtually incompatible with any current Apps. Further communication with iTechDeals have been ignored. Avoid this company!!

Dealing with this company was one of the worst experiences I've had as a customer. They sent me "refurbished" computer that was dirty, broken, and unusable. I was horrified by their tone when I asked for a refund. They behaved as though I had a problem, and my dissatisfaction with their business practices was my fault. I would not recommend them to anyone, under any circumstances.

Excellent customer service

Bought an iPad mini recently, quite reasonably priced. Unfortunately it’s a very old version and you cannot download any apps at all. It’s true what they say “you get what you pay for.” Wouldn’t have minded except that should have been stated in the description somewhere. A waste of money. My bad!

I ordered an Apple TV remote for TV for a Christmas present, but the description was not too good, so it did not work on the devise. I asked how to send back and got a run around and told them to please send me a postage paid label and I would return it ASAP. The customer service department told me to take it to the post office and ask them to return it, but to be sure and put all the information that they gave me on the box, which I did. Of course the post office said I had to pay the return postage which I did in the amount of $12.45. I message the girl I was dealing with and she informed that they do not refund the postage if the item is not defective. I told her how would I know if it was defective as it wasn't the correct thing that worked with my devise. This went on back and forth for about 2 weeks and I told her I did not see anywhere in there website about not sending things back and you had to pay the postage. Therefore, I would never order from a company that does not clearly state their return policy. Never again from them. So beware as the customer service girl did send me emails, but it did not good. So I do not have the devise and now I am out $12.45 for postage.

I ordered an iPad mini 4 used in fair condition. I received a first generation iPad mini which did not connect to iTunes or App Store. I reached out to iTech and received a shipping label to return the item. The item was received and signed for by R. Rojas on 10/11/23. As of 10/30/23, I have not received a refund.

Received product that was defective and iTechDeals handled it properly and processed sending it back and issuing a refund :)

I ordered a refurbished iPad mini and was having it delivered to my PO Box. Well the item never arrived and the post office had a message stating it was discarded and being sent back. I immediately contacted the company via email. It took several days before I received a response. Well going back and forth with them I requested a refund. Eventually I was told that they would issue a refund. It's been 3 weeks and I have no refund or iPad.

iTechDeals rather iTechSteals Do Not purchase anything, they are crooks. I purchased 2 MacBook Air laptops, one had power issues and neither would update. I went through the return process correctly and was surprised when I received a shipping label covering the cost. 6 days after tracking confirmed delivery I was notified that the package was 'delivered empty' so no refund, and because of the shipping label I couldn't file a claim, and itechdeals has not filed a claim with Fedex, I feel because they received the laptops.

5 stars. Maxbook Air exactly as described. One small glitch and it was handled immediately. Would highly recommend

Hi be careful ordering from them they are fraudulent don’t give a damn I got a Samsung laptop from them. It was broken charger port broken screen broken couldn’t do nothing with it wrote them they said send it back they would reimburse me that was over two weeks ago, I have not received a reimbursement yet they are not communicating. They are a piece of CRAP.
