Honest, reliable and lovely!
Ordered an Xbox X from here when they were hard to get hold of and lots of places were taking orders and not fulfilling them. They were honest and open about the progress of the order throughout and got me my Xbox in good time for when I needed it. A real pleasure to deal with, would highly recommend.

Status: Fraud Review one week
ORDER 709 - It's been a whole week and my order is still in the status of checking for fraud.
I asked them a question via email that is not even listed on their website. But they are silent for a week. It is surprising that in 2022 the site does not have a mail for communication. :D

Firstly the order was made on Saturday 12th November, we get into work on 14th, review was left on 16th, that is not a week.
The order was automatically applied to Fraud Review with our fraud prevention partners at Fraudlabs. The reason being using forwarding addresses with connections to Russia. We do not sell to Russia and ELDAR tried to circumnavigate our own terms of sale by using said services. The IP (non-proxy) location to billing/shipping location was also over 1000km away and located in Poland, which only increased the fraud score and delayed dispatch of their order (which I'm now glad we did).
We have tried to communicate with ELDAR on several different occasions about the order but every email bounced back.
Our site does have contact details in various places (as it is 2022) and emails are responded to. It is hard to email someone when the email they provided bounces back our attempts to communicate.
So that is our side of the transaction, not sure we could do much more.

From the ordering right through to receiving the item despite their being a postal strike (which I fully support) was very easy.

Great price for the PS5 game I bought.
Delivery was a little slow, but no huge deal. In the time of Amazon it's easy to forget that normal people can't deliver that fast.

Thank you for reaching out. Could you change the review to a product review so you can help other people make a decision when buying an item? We also understand the frustration of buying items that don't seem to be good enough in the quality department. The only way we can battle this is by reviewing the products as a way of getting the manufacturers to increase their quality assurance.
Great items, great shop, great experience!
My order arrived very quickly and everything had been packed very securely to ensure nothing broke during transport. Everything was as described, and customer service was great - one of the items I had ordered wasnt avalible at time of packing my order (store had been closed when I placed my order) and they reached out to me very prompty to offer apologies and a solution. Overall, I couldnt be happier and I'll definitely be ordering in the future without hesitation. Thanks!

Hi. Addressing your concerns: We have a legal obligation to fill out customs labels correctly and they are filled out automatically using Royal Mail software. What you have experienced is a standard import tax that all countries in the EU now have to pay when importing items from the UK.
