I’ve had a really positive experience with Manager Training and the CMI Level 7 programme. The course content is well structured, practical, and genuinely useful — not just theory for the sake of assignments.
What’s really stood out is the level of support. Oni has been approachable, responsive and encouraging throughout, making the whole process feel far less daunting than I expected. Feedback has been clear and constructive, and I’ve always felt supported rather than judged.

like with many new things, the initial experience felt intimidating - lots of information, where do i start, but after talking with my tutor and support from ITOnline i started to get into my stride. The only thing i had problems with was work commitments which meant that there was times when there was a gap between my studies. What was a surprise to me was when my tutor contacted me to say that i hadn't been online for a while, was there an issues that they could help with - this was a fantastic reach out from ITonline, made me appreciate the help available isn't just when i contact them - they do monitor how i'm getting on 5* service

My experience with itonline academy’s self-taught classes was excellent. The video materials were well-structured, clear, and easy to understand, making the learning process smooth and effective. The content was delivered in a way that allowed me to grasp key concepts without confusion, even when studying independently. One area for improvement would be to provide a hard copy of the handbook to candidates before the training begins, as this could further enhance the learning experience and allow for better preparation. I downloaded the reading materials and printed as I needed to use those books while watching the videos.
