An amazing experience with DOABL

I’ve been working with DOABL for about 2.5 months now, and my experience has been incredibly positive. In that time, I’ve already lost 6kg, but what stands out even more than the results is how supported I’ve felt throughout the process.

I’ve tried multiple diets in the past, both on my own and with support, but I was never able to lose the weight while staying consistent. This is the first time something has truly worked in a sustainable way!!

My coach, Rosie, has been amazing. Her enthusiasm and constant encouragement really make a difference — she’s always cheering me on, which keeps me motivated even on the tougher days. It never feels like I’m doing this alone. <3

What I really appreciate is how personalised everything is. The plan fits into my lifestyle and feels sustainable, rather than restrictive or overwhelming. The focus is on building long-term habits, not just quick fixes, which has helped me stay consistent.

Overall, I would highly recommend DOABL to anyone looking for a supportive and realistic approach to improving their health. The combination of structure, accountability, and genuine encouragement makes it a great experience!

The best thing you will get from DOABL are the building blocks to lifestyle habits 🫶🏼

My fitness journey started in May 2024; after being a skinny girl all my life, my weight was fluctuating after having been on steroid medications off and on for about a year. Somehow, no matter how much I went to the gym (4 to 5 days a week), the scale kept climbing. I grew up with many women telling me they went to the gym so they could eat what they want; but I learned the hard way that its not reasonable to expect to live a healthy life or work towards a healthy body without taking nutrition in to consideration. All this to say, I started getting more serious about understanding nutrition and meal prepping in June 2025, and core to that journey was watching DOABL's and Bethany's educational content on Instagram. When my previous coach left my gym, I knew that it was crucial I looked for a coach and a programme that could walk the journey with me not just in the gym, but outside it too. Needless to say, I knew DOABL would be the right place to turn to.

Working with Lucy and the DOABL team has been one of the best investments I've made. I've been in the programme since January 2026 and I've been so grateful to have had the support and guidance of my coach. Even though the scale has moved slowly due to my travel and social commitments, I've seen progress in how I look and feel. While I am proud that I've lost roughly 3kgs+ since starting with DOABL, and have broke in to the 59kgs range as off this month (making that a total of 10kgs since June 2025!) 🥳 I'm most satisfied to see how DOABL has helped me keep to a healthy balance even on the busiest, most trying weeks. So while the scale takes its time, the results I've enjoyed seeing the most are the building blocks of a foundation that will ultimately help me maintain and improve lifestyle habits. Forever grateful to Lucy and and the DOABL team for providing me with the tools and support in building a well rounded, healthy life ❤️

Good experience so far! - Thanks Lucy!

After months of thinking about it and not feeling happy with the way I looked, I decided to make a change in my life and joined DOABL in Nov 2025. While being active has never been a problem to me, I’ve always struggled to lose weight and maintaining it because of bad food choices but since joining DOABL I’ve been able to lose weight while still eating the foods i like. It’s not a fast change but it’s helped me realise that i can achieve my goals without going into crazy diets. Working with Lucy has been great! Besides the nutrition part I’ve seen such and improvement with my running and been receiving support all through out this process. I have done 2 Hyrox in less than 3 months between each other and I’ve seen such an improvement in my speed which feels amazing! It’s great to see new PBs! Next challenge is a half marathon i have in May and I’m excited to see if i can beat my previous time 😊

Great personalised coaching experience…

Great personalised coaching experience with Coach Tara - I’ve managed to lose more weight in this postpartum period than I was ever able to do in the last few years! And for the first time seeing some ab definition and feeling much stronger and more confident in my workouts. I’ve had great 1:1 support when planning my nutrition and the most useful thing has been help navigating mindset blocks eg the ‘all or nothing’ mentality around food and planning strategies when eating out and going away, and I feel like this has been so important for my overall success! Tara has changed my workouts when I’ve asked and has adapted them to whatever equipment I have at home and my individual circumstances, it really is a personalised program!

Life changing support!

Prior to joining Doabl, I had been working out a lot, trying to eat healthy and just couldn't lose the weight I wanted. Doabl helped me run pain free to help me in my sport

I have been with DOABL for a year. I have lost 10kg and soon at my goal weight where I'm excited to learn the maintenance phase! I have worked with Neve as a coach and she is absolutely lovely! My main goals have been working on my shin splints, getting back into running pain free and completing my run tests as an athlete! Neve has been a massive help, helped me to navigate and taking my running back up from nothing to my now 5km for 30 min, and increased my speed on sprints. I need this to achieve my dreams and goals as a football referee. It has helped me and moved me in the best way possible. I still have work to do but it isn't something that comes quickly. I like the approach of doing it steady and slow to really build a sustainable routine. Dropping weight slowly so you learn how you should eat and not limit yourself to something but even how to be in a calorie deficit and everyday movement and exercise. I started with having 2k steps a day as my everyday movement and now i do 6k without even thinking. I really believe when my journey on doabl is over i still can manage all the things myself to keep working on my goals as a football referee. To still be exercising and eating mindfully to not gain that weight back and be my best self. It has made me more happy -others can see it in me - and i believe that i can reach my goals in the future. I joined to lose some weight but MAINLY from an athlete point of view where i needed help to start and going for my goals when i had little help at home. I needed a coach and that is what i got. I have been supported all the way and the work pays off. I feel stronger in my legs and body and i can now run pain free which i never thought was possible. Im very thankful for Neve to have helped me out and always being there to support and coach me right.

My time at Doabl was exceptional and the best decision I could have made. Their support, knowledge, guidance, and encouragement was amazing. There were thrills and spills along the way that made my experience more realistic and I will always look back with the fondest of memories. The best part for me was the accountability and if I could give one tip it would be honesty. Be honest in all you say, and in all you do, or don't do. Their program really works and I have no hesitation in recommending them to you if you are genuinely searching for a pathway to become "the best version of you".

Out of this world 🫶

8 months later and I am a new woman!!

What an absolute pleasure it has been working with the Doabl team (especially Zoe 🥰)
From start to finish I have been given every single tool I needed to get me to where I am now. Over 15kg down, dedicating the time and love I need to myself to create the person I want to be.
This is no fad diet, this is all about sustainability. Showing up for yourself and still enjoying your life.
I was never a fitness girly and asking me to run was out of the question. I now run 5Ks and enjoy moving my body everyday.

I needed this more than I could have ever imagined and so grateful to myself for signing up.

A cheerleader in my pocket

Doabl - Zoe!!


Just a massive thank you to Zoe at doabl.
I began doabl in September 2025, spending years in a binge/ snack eating pattern, not consistently sticking to diet plans, gym or fitness which had lead to my spiralling in my weight gain after a relationship ending and I felt at such a low point.

I joined doabl. Began working with Zoe and overtime, I now feel strong, happier, better and more confident in myself and a gym and running girl! Something I never thought I’d be.

Regularly meal prepping and hitting my protein, gym routines where I’m seeing PBs and goals I never thought I’d EVER reach. Nevermind when I began doabl and was too scared to join a big gym!!
I’m lfeeling so more comfortable in my own body, finally seeing bad habits I’ve kept for years disappearing, I’m less bloated and less reaching for snacks and sneaking food!!
I’m leaving doabl:
- Fitter (Running 5k 25 min PBs, 10ks in 56 minutes and half marathons!)
- Stronger (I’ve found a new self confidence and LOVE for the gym which is pushing me on each week!💪)
- Happier (my mental health was in a bad place but finding the new loves for fitness has really helped me and pushed me and I can feel myself becoming a whole new better person)
- Meal prepping consistently and hitting my protein target!! Not binging or secret eating anymore!!

So thank you so so much Zoe!! I really do appreciate it all the help, the messages I send and you provide support consistently and helping me become a WHOLE new confident person🥳

I have had a fab experience with Cerys…

I have had a fab experience with Cerys the past three months! The whole coaching experience has been so tailored to me and helping me adapt my approach in a way that works for me and my daily life. I have had coaching before but this has been on a completely different level. Cerys has been incredibly supportive, guided me when I have been struggling and helped me challenge myself - I have surprised myself in what I can achieve! My main goal was working on my fitness and running and I successfully ran a 5k today and achieved a PB ❤️ and really excited to continue to progress!

Great coaching for any age

I am a 72 year old who needs to get healthy and lose weight because of various health issues I started with Doabl on 26/1/2026 and Neve my Coach has bern excellent coach giving me lots of motivation especially over the last 3 weeks when I developed a large Hiatus hernia but this has not stopped me, with Neve’s help and going down to a low gear I have managed to to lose a 6.35 kg ( 1 Stone) and now going back up gears slowly, it shows you can change your health at any age with great coaching at Doabl, I can’t thank Neve & Doabl enough for there attentive help.

18 months in and still going strong

I’ve been working with DOABL Coaching for the past 18 months, and the impact it’s had on me has been huge so much so I don’t want to ever finish my journey.
When I first joined, I was looking for structure, accountability, and a clear direction to help me lose weight as I was not comfortable in myself and my body image, DOABL has delivered on all fronts. The personalised coaching is second to none it isnt just about workouts or nutrition; it’s a complete mindset shift with education. The level of support, consistency, and attention to detail really sets them apart.

Over time, I’ve built better habits, improved my discipline, and seen real, sustainable progress. What I appreciate most is that everything is tailored — it never feels like a one-size-fits-all approach.

A huge part of this experience has been my coach, Cerys. She provides exactly the support and guidance you need, especially during the inevitable wobbles. She’s helped me work through challenges by really taking the time to understand them, which has made a big difference in how I learn and move forward. At the same time, she’s also your biggest cheerleader — always there to celebrate the wins, no matter how small. Without that relationship and level of support, I honestly don’t think my progress would have been possible.

There have definitely been challenging moments along the way, but having that ongoing guidance and someone holding you accountable makes all the difference.

If you’re considering coaching and want something that actually works long-term because it provides the education and learning needed to sustain change, I’d highly recommend DOABL

Best investment I've made in my health and fitness

I started Doabl Coaching 12 weeks ago. Before signing up I had tried a 121 PT in the gym, signed up to programs on apps and even tried building myself a plan using chat gpt. None of those worked and I didn't see any results so when I started with Doabl my health goal is to lose 15kg (lost 4 so far), reduce my cholesteral as I was on the high side of normal (now cholesteral back to healthy) and complete a sprint in triathlon in July (well on my way to being prepared). Doabl is an amazing investment because I'm being held accountable to my plan, there are guardrails so I'm fueling enough for my workouts but still losing weight, clear guidance on exercises so they all feel achievable and an amazing coach in my corner so I feel supported and encouraged.

The sweet spot between metrics, macros and mindset.

I’ve been working with Zoe from Doabl for 3 months now and we’ve not only made immense progress physically, exactly how she laid it out it would happen, but we broke mental barriers, unlearned so many patterns and habits that led to where I was when I signed up in the first place. Yes you’ll loose the weight, and yes you’ll gain the strength- that’s a normal result of good Fittness coaching, but you also get to learn what it means to be the person that can sustain the results long term rather than getting attached to a coach or program. I would say doabl is the sweet spot between metrics, macros and mindset. And Zoe is a confident, experienced coach, as I come from pro sport - often there are wanna be coaches and that’s NOT the case with this company.

One year from now…..

If you are reading this then you are thinking about it……..I am you a year from now and I am so pleased that I took the leap. The Doabl Team is who they seem to be, a lovely collective who wants you to be the best version of yourself and will help you figure out how that fits into your everyday life AND with tasty food.
Lucy 💗 is an amazing coach, collaborative, pushing my baseline, knowing I could succeed before I did.

It's finally clicked!

I've been on and off training programs and diet plans for years. Anytime life got busy (which seems to be the default mode now), the first thing to go would be my training plan. I was never able to turn it into a habit or an integrated part of my lifestyle (like brushing my teeth twice a day). I've always wanted exercise to be a part of my identity and not just something I do when it's convenient. I want to BE a healthy, fit person.

DOABL is helping me get there! It's been fantastic to work with Lucy and other team members. The coaches are encouraging and sympathetic - they ask questions to help you identify what underlying habits or external challenges may be contributing, listen with curiosity, provide suggestions or advice on ways you can overcome whatever challenge you're facing, and check in with you regularly. I have never once felt judged by anyone on the DOABL team - even when I've felt lots of self-shame about not meeting a certain goal. Everyone has been kind, understanding, and encouraging.

I'm also learning that there is room for flexibility if you plan ahead and make intentional choices. I've learned that I CAN eat 3 mini cupcakes and everything will be OK and that I CAN fit the KD into my meal plan and it won't derail me.

PLUS, I'm seeing results!! I'm now at the lowest weight I've ever been in my adult life and I feel stronger and sexier. AND I'm somehow managing to do this during the busiest year of my life (I'm in medical school).

Since I signed on in September 2025, there have been weeks that I haven't worked out at all, or even hit my step count goal once, or my food went off the rails and I didn't track it because I was eating mindlessly and felt ashamed. Despite all that, I'm still making progress, but the best part is that I'm not beating myself up as much as I used to for not being perfect. THAT is what I think DOABL really brings to the table. Lots of people out there can set calorie goals or make training programs, but the real value is the way that this team focuses on realistic, long-term change. They're not selling a "get fit quick" solution. They are selling an education program (in my opinion) in which you can learn which habits work for you and how to realistically fit your goals into your lifestyle (we don't all have the same 24 hours in our day) with the ultimate goal of giving you the tools you need to sustain your lifestyle changes on your own in the future.

I think DOABL has a really healthy approach (both physically and mentally) to living a healthy lifestyle. If you can afford it, I'd recommend considering signing on.
