I ordered an apartment for rent from this company. Since there was not a single comment, I asked if everything was okay with the apartment. He replied that everything is fine, be calm. The day before the trip, I received a message that there were technical failures and it was impossible to live there, and they offered me another apartment, supposedly bigger (actually much smaller). To be fair, the place was closer to the center, but I wouldn't have chosen such an apartment in the ad, and the client is told right before his arrival that he will live where he tells you. The ordered apartment was supposed to have a balcony and a terrace, while the offered one did not have it at all, otherwise the apartment was small and the space was very cramped. Good lesson for the future to read comments about such companies here.

Terrible experience – Bedbug infestation and unsafe for families!
We stayed at this apartment in Milan and it was an absolute nightmare. My children were bitten by bedbugs all over their bodies during our stay. They are currently covered in painful bites and we had to take them to the doctor because the situation got so bad that one of them even developed a fever from the allergic reaction.
This place lacks basic hygiene and sanitary standards, and it is completely unacceptable to rent out a property in this condition. I strongly advise families to avoid this apartment at all costs. We are taking formal action through consumer protection channels.

Avevamo richiesto due appartamenti a Milano, uno di questi ci è stato dato in Viale Monza 92: su Google veniva localizzato come “centro islamico”, difatti ci siamo trovati in un quartiere del genere. Il palazzo in cui si sarebbe dovuto trovare il nostro appartamento era indescrivibile: vecchio, poco sicuro, al suo interno sporchissimo, era veramente un contesto macabro. Non ci siamo sentiti per nulla al sicuro e ce ne siamo andati, abbiamo preferito cercare altro perché erano condizioni assurde quelle in cui saremmo dovuti stare. Abbiamo chiesto ovviamente il rimborso ma non sono disposti a darlo, mi vedo quindi costretto ad agire per vie legali.

Avoid this company if you’re staying in Milan.

Our apartment was infested with bed bugs. We discovered the infestation after our stay because we, unfortunately, brought them home with us. As a result, we had to spend thousands of euros on professional pest control and cleaning to get rid of them.

A bed bug infestation can have serious financial and emotional consequences, and this completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable trip. We strongly believe that accommodation providers have a responsibility to ensure their properties are clean and safe for guests.

These guys don’t feel any responsibility at all. They ignore our messages asking for compensation and when they response, they want us to feel bad for them because they are “a small company run by young people”

We would never stay here again and cannot recommend this property to anyone. Please be aware of the potential risk before booking.

Esperienza pessima. L'unica cosa che è stata fatta con efficienza è stata incassare il pagamento. Quando si è presentato il problema, l'host non ha fatto alcun reale tentativo di trovare una soluzione, né ha mostrato disponibilità o interesse ad aiutare.
Un comportamento profondamente scorretto nei confronti del cliente: prendere i soldi e poi lavarsene le mani non è il livello di servizio che ci si aspetta da un host serio. Mi sono sentito completamente abbandonato, senza assistenza e senza alcuna volontà di risolvere una situazione che avrebbe richiesto solo un po' di professionalità e buon senso.
Esperienza che mi ha fatto perdere tempo, denaro e fiducia. Non lo consiglierei a nessuno

Soggiornato in una casa a Milano, tutto molto pulito

Soggiorno davvero piacevole in un B&B gestito da Its Home.
Ambiente pulito, accogliente e curato nei dettagli.
Gestione professionale e comunicazione rapida ed efficace.

Abbiamo prenotato un alloggio con ItsHome a Milano per ospitare dei nostri collaboratori e ci siamo trovati davanti a una situazione inaccettabile e pericolosa:

- Aria condizionata non funzionante in gran parte delle camere, con temperature insostenibili;
- Condizionatori instabili e ricoperti di muffa (un rischio grave per chi soffre di asma);
- Impianto elettrico difettoso: una lampada è addirittura esplosa e si sono verificati continui blackout, con porte bloccate senza corrente;
- "Letto" extra con una brandina da campo;
- Infestazione di formiche e blatte;
- Sporco evidente sui muri e negli ambienti.

Il personale intervenuto si è limitato a una pulizia superficiale, senza risolvere i problemi strutturali e igienici.

I nostri collaboratori hanno giustamente rifiutato di rientrare nell’alloggio e abbiamo dovuto cercare urgentemente una sistemazione alternativa, sostenendo tutti i costi del caso.

State alla larga. Non è una ditta affidabile.

Shortly, my aircon wasn't working normally. Set to 16 the room never became colder then 25 degree. The kitchen wasn't Equipped properly. Worst of all around the bed were three screws around the bed, which were sticking out of the ground with their tips, so I stepped on them. Tried to speak to the team, asked for refund but no answer at all. Unbelievable. Today you just need to do good marketing and then you get away with everything. Poor world.

This company is based in Milan, Italy.

I had to leave a review here so people think first before engaging with this company and have the bad experience we had.

Firstly, their communication is poor. I had to email them twice before I got a response, as I wanted to change a date on my booking.

They insisted I travel to their office to 'collect the digital key'. If a key is digital, it doesn't need to be picked up in the physical. I had my elderly mother with me, and had to pay unnecessarily for transport to go to their office for something that could have being sent via WhatsApp or email.

They stated that if you check in late, you can go straight to the apartment and all info would be sent to you. This made much more sense. However, they hit you with a €50 charge for this. Again, this makes no sense, and is all about trying to get more money from you. There is no additional admin needed for a late check-in.

I had to rearrange our travel plans to get there before the late check-in to avoid the charge. When we arrived at the office, I was shown a YouTube video on how to get into the apartment. They sent me the link to the video via WhatsApp just before the showed it to me. The instructions were not hard, and didn't need any explanation that warranted a physical meeting or conversation in their office. We had to show our passports, which again could have been done via WhatsApp.

I have been travelling for the past 3 months across the world and stayed in many apartments. All information on digital entry was given to me via WhatsApp or the website of the company.

When I watched the video, it was then revealed to me that the apartment was located in a dilapidated high rise block of flats. I also saw the apartment was in the basement. Both of these things were never mentioned on the website nor anytime during the booking. Nobody asked me if I had any issues around accessibility.
With other bookings on this trip, it was made very clear at the beginning if accessibility would be a problem like no lift or multiple steps.

Due to the lateness of the day, and my mum being so tired, we just had to go with it. We arrived to find the conditions worse than what we had thought. Both the main door and secondary doors to the apartment didn't shut. The block of flats was run down and nowhere suitable for the money I paid. There was a gathering of about 30 flies on the stairwell, due to the lack of cleanliness.

The stairs were so steep going down to the apartment, my mum struggled to navigate them. When we entered the apartment there was a damp smell of the drains. There was mould on one of the walls and the place was in desperate need of restoration. It did not look like the pictures on the website.
Both my mum and I have asthma, and we quickly accessed we couldn't stay there for our health and sense of security. I had to then engage in a search for last minute hotel accommodation for the rest of our duration.

I messaged It's Home, and till this day, I am still waiting for a response!!

I urge you to get them to send you the video of the apartment before you book, so you know the truth of the accommodation you are wanting to stay in.
