ITV Hub Avis 

Not fit for purpose. ITV is providing a service that does not deliver. It is not dependable and fails on a regular basis. Customer care is completely useless and unable to solve the problems they have had for many years.

Zero stars and a big ,, f"ck off" for the pro-ukraine propaganda! Uk has nothing to do with them! Huooo!!!!!!

Useless app. Freezes and screen goes black. During adverts it fast forwards itself and then paused. Awful viewing service.

This channel is so cringe worthy. So biased and ugly I wonder who actually watches it. They bring nothing to our society. The leadership in this channel do not have a clue what they are doing. A terrible organization that brings nothing to our society. Turn it off. Yuck.

Don't try to watch anything live.. I'd be faster getting a flight to watch the rugby world cup at this rate.

Please fix your itvx app, every device its on it crashes, back to the beginning buffering, freezing. My Internet is working for everything else so its not the problem, it is the itvx app that is the problem, so annoying happens atleast 5 times a day on TV, laptop, phone

No sub titles available even on the newest shows. Sound cuts in and out, picture skips. Adverts break up and stop..mixed blessing!

ITV hub is without doubt the worst streaming service, it is virtually unusable, it is so poor, freezes, doesn’t load etc etc etc, sort it out ITV

Dreadful, keeps buffering then says it’s my internet connection. Internet connection is fine and everything else works. Poor form blaming something else when it is a problem their end.

This site is as abysmal as itvx. Refuses to accept password. Then informs that the password reset link that they e-mail out is invalid. A totally second rate company

Just can’t watch anything without some sort of a problem. It’s really bad.

Utterly useless, freezes and crashes where other apps don't.

Not great. Click on an episode to pick up where you left off half way through, doesn't load the episode so you press back and it restarts the episode entirely. Advertises how you can watch hundreds of complete series. Unfortunately you have to pay for a majority of the good stuff. Nothing is free any more is it.. its TV. Hate to think how much people spend just to watch it. Misleading and app isn't good enough to warrant paying for.

Of all the main TV apps in the UK, this is undoubtedly the worst. Incessant pauses and regular signs saying "we have a problem at our end".

It seems to be a load problem because the errors are more frequent during high profile live sports events.

Just watching a really gripping series & itv decided I had to sign in again...with technology I don't have. That's my license cancellation. Really cross that they do this

Got 1 as I can’t put 0. Terrible performance. Poor buffering, hangs. An absolute disgrace. Should be pulled to avoid reputational damage

This app is the worst ! Buffering, doesn't open freezes you name it ! sort it our ITV, deffo would not recommend it !

ITVx is unwatchable and it's not my connection. I too pay for premium, which I wonder about myself for. I'm furious they have the RWC because all it does is make me turn it off and restart it 3 to 4 times. Then there are the times it just locks my TV completely and I have to restart it. I'm constantly clearing the cache, but that doesn't work most times either. UTV was FAR more reliable! I love their dramas, but a pain to get through them. The date by the way is since they merge the HUB, so ample time to have stepped up.

Diabolical. Trying to watch the Long Shadow which is brilliant but was constantly freezing and cutting off before the adds. It actually froze my whole TV which caused the TV to turn off. Took over 15 minutes to get back to where I was. Completely ruins the suspense of the programme. Had exactly the same issue watching Des ages ago and forgot how chronic the player is.
