I bought 3 x Phillips OneBlade shavers from them online after I saw photos showing the complete shaving kit plus shaver case, but only recieved the shaver kit. When I emailed them they refered to the photo on my online bill where it only show the kit. Your advertising photos are misleading and then you change what One gets on the online invoice!

I can commend the experience as professional and to expectation . My purchase consisted of 5 items of which there was limited stock indicated on the site . All items arrived within 1 week of each other and within the period indicated. I was impressed.

No reply on emails, bad packaging, no support telephone numbers.

I have ordered two hard drives and they were delivered without any additional protection in a flyer bag - one red sticker stating "Fragile" stuck to it which is not enough. Buy from other local vendors and see how they overpack all deliveries to get an idea of exactly how negligent this is as harddrives are probably the most fragile equipment we ever have to handle. The small boxes they were packed in provided zero sideways protection and the one box was even open when taken out of the flyer bag with the hardrive able to drop out. The two boxes showed significant signs of mishandling as well.

Upon delivery I immediately queried this on the 6th of November, followed up the 8th, 11th and the 14th. Not a single reply apart from the one generic reply stating that I will be contacted shortly by one of their staff 5 days ago.

After receiving no action, I decided on the 14th that I will need to make the best of a bad situation and try and use the hard drives - the one worked (for now as I do not know whether it also suffered damage which will cause a shortened service life) and the other one is broken - only making a clicking noise when installed and preventing the computer to boot. This I stated in the mail on the 14th requesting urgent feedback.

Nobody has time to waste on review platforms to try and get the attention of a company. Unfortunately this is what I (and others as my experience is not unique - just check out all the negative reviews on HelloPeter and Trustpilot) are being forced to do.

There is NO phone number anywhere available - not even on WhoIS (IP Registration), on their website or on email signatures as mentioned by them elsewhere. There is a cell number on the delivery waybill, which only goes to a voice mail box. So how on earth are we supposed to contact them - apart from kicking up a frustrated noise on their reviews?

Also note - they actively incentivise reviews by promising a headset to the value of R350 if a screenshot of the published review is sent to them - this is done via email immediately after delivery. This is unethical and is frowned upon by Trustpilot to mention a specific one. I have already reviewed them here on Trustpilot regarding their extended delivery times - they only import equipment once ordered and has no "store" where it is apparently drawn from - another instance of misleading information). I will also notify Trustpilot regarding their incentive for reviews. I have not made use of the incentive.

I am very pleased with my purchase from ITWORKUP they assisted with feedback back when needed and excellent service and extremely happy with my new headphones and awesome prices. Will definitely use them going forward.

have not turned it on yet. think it works but the emails were inconsistant like it said to do a review for free stuff if i do it before November 1 but it sent me that a week later did not have a tracking order

I recently purchased a B650 Eagle Motherboard from ITworkup. The user experience was outstanding. The website was easy to navigate through, payment is easy to use( I payed using my credit card) and the order tracking was superb.

The forecasted time of delivery was also accurate. I made the order on the 7th of October 2024 and received it on the 22nd of October 2024 ( within 12 working days).

I sent an email to the support of the company and got a quick response within 24 hours.
