Ivana Designs Avis 

Backed up on Kickstarter, they were supposed to deliver one year ago, but nothing happened.
The communication was so bad, that the updates just kept on repeating the same thing ("we are now testing", "we are now ready to ship", etc.).
Also, some people mentioned they got their email for shipping already (which I have not), and Ivana Designs asked them to pay $30 extra for shipping, plus the processing fee.
I googled them before I backed up, and now I regret it.
I no longer have trust in this company.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

This company are scam artists. They took 300 grand of kickstarter pledges and then refuse to communicate and provide shipping updates.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

You ARE scam artists. My products were delivered TWO MONTHS later than scheduled with NO RIGHT to cancel. On top of that, the postage cost more than the product. YOU ARE A BUNCH OF CHARLATANS

Ordered a pair of pillows months ago through kickstarter, and still haven't arrived.- This could be normal if at least backers were updated with status of production and shipment...while if we look at the trend of the updates we get you realize it's ridicuolous! They keep pushing the delivery dates further, with no real explanations, they do not reply to emails and they only mention in some comments that "backers shouldn't worry cause their reward will be delivered....EVENTUALLY"
I will update this comment in case I receive some of the goods I paid for, but up until today the experience has been terrible

I received less than half of my order, reached out to their website and email and received no response. Having purchased through Kickstarter it was too late to chargeback my credit card

I strongly DO NOT recommend this company. Don't believe what is written on indiegogo, they delete comments. This company will collect money from you and then you don't exist for them. They don't respond to refunds, every month they apologize to you again and again, but always say it's your fault and that it never happened to them before. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

after a year of waiting, promises and lies, I was told that they made a mistake again (for about 3 times this year) and that they don’t have the blanket that is included in the package I ordered (Alpha collection fo $899 + $200 shipping), so I chose 2 more towels as a replacement for the blanket. I was subsequently promised that the package would leave, however, even after a month it has not left. After another month, I was told that there was an mistake again (4 times in a year) and the package finaly arrived in another 2 weeks. BUT both pillows were missing !!! so I wrote the very same day that pillows had not arrived. again for almost 2 weeks now no one responds. Oh yeah. This is a horror. So I have pillowcases that didn’t arrive, I have a duvet cover that they no longer have and sheets, because so far it looks like I paid $1100 for 4 towels.
I also want to point out that they say they don’t have the blankets anymore but other people can order them here on indiegogo. What happens then? they’ll say they don’t have them either? Why don’t they remove the campaign ? I think it’s unconscionable.
