Was slightly surprised to get confirmation that my product had been picked and packed on the same day I Ordered. I then received the package via Royal Mail 48h delivery on the next Monday - really prompt considering I'm in Sheffield and it was the weekend. Delivery slot was communicated clearly too. The package was well wrapped and presented. Brilliant service and so glad I found Ivan Jameson's.

Quality and speed with a personal touch
A quality item (Slenderella nightdress) for a great price, safely packaged and delivered very quickly. The handwritten Thank You note inside was a nice touch. I'm sure I shall be buying from them again! 😃
