I bought some car polish they were…

I bought some car polish they were advertising on Facebook. There was a video showing the use of this product. When I got it and tried it it did not work as shown in the video. I thought I had a way out because they advertised a Money back guarantee but when I emailed them they would not reply even after repeated emails. This company is a scam. They will take your money and send you something but they will not give you a refund or accept a return. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from these scammers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Double ordered

I'd inadvertently ordered double the number of Ivyever's peelers. I contacted the company immediately I realised the mistake and asked for a refund to be made in respect of the 2nd order. They've in fact refunded me for both orders. They replied almost immediately and I'm just waiting for the refund to hit my account and I intend reordering just one pack of 3 peelers.
