Wish could give negative. It’s a scam company. You have to pay to return but still no refund as now
package “ stuck in “china” customs even though you followed their instructions. They do not know lead times process or anything on how long customs may take depending on other customers experience. Surprised they allowed to trade. AVOID. Will provide measly 50 percent refund. It’s my money so give it back. SCAM.

Do not buy from this site, I should have read the reviews first. Zero more appropriate sandals were described as premium leather and orthopaedic they were not. I received a pair of plastic badly made sandals at a cost of £45 after contacting IvyLuna they advised I had to pay for return at a cost of £30 so offered me a 10% gift card.

Great experience from start to finish! I absolutely love the dress and can’t wait to wear it. Unfortunately the size I originally ordered came up a little small for me, but customer service was fantastic and made the whole process so easy, offering me a credit note so I could reorder. Such quick, helpful and friendly support. I’d definitely recommend sizing up if you’re between sizes – I’m usually a size 10 and ordered the S (8–10), but I’ll be reordering the M (12–14). I ordered a few dresses which, when they arrived, were cheap and badly made. I asked them for return address etc, and they said I had to return them to China, which cost £35!! That was a year ago, still haven’t had a refund as the parcel apparently is still in Customs! Absolute scam! Never again! 😡

Ordered something from this site came not as described spoke to the company and they expect me to either just buy something else, which might not be as discribed either or send back at my costof £30 🤣 wow there mistake and i have to pay for it? So i wont be getting refund and they also having given me a voucher.

I bought what were supposed to be orthopaedic shoes, but when they arrived, they were absolute rubbish. The poorest quality you could imagine. They were also damaged in transit. I asked for a refund, which they said they'd consider once they received the shoes back in Hong Kong. BUT. They warned that return postage would be around £30, and I would have to pay it. This is against British Trading Standards. The website says that this is a London-based fashion house, but it just isn't; it's in Hong Kong.
I am trying to get help from my credit card company to get a chargeback.
Don't buy anything from this bogus company.

Awful company. Please don't order from this site. All from China. You can get the same quality at a quarter of the price from temu with a full refund if you don't like. Aghhhhhhhhh.

Good quality items , Would recommend buying from them

I have purchased a knock-off of S25 yellow Zara dress for £40. Unfortunately the quality of the dress (both fabric and stitching) received is subpar and in no way resembles the photos from the website.
They did offer 1st 30% and later 50% refund, which I accepted, with no need of returning the item. I suppose this is they strategy.

They generate AI pictures and sell unrealistic designs which on arrival don’t match the pictures advertised. Don’t buy

I'm glad I didn't read the reviews before I purchased. I ordered the Cecilia Italian maxi dress and it's just as beautiful as in the photo. It's big but you can tell that from the photo but comes with the most adorable belt to tie in to your own waist size. I can't wait to wear it.

Shocking quality, not as advertised. Took forever to arrive. Shocking return policy to. I doubt I’ll be getting my money back.

Although the website appears to be English, the products are actually shipped from China and are of very poor quality. Customer service responds only after a long delay. Initially, they inform you that the delivery will be late due to a high number of orders, but this is not true. In reality, they are waiting to receive the shipment from China before forwarding it to the specified city and address.
I am very disappointed. The products may look good in the photos, but in reality, they are misleading. Customers are deceived into paying high prices for items that are actually of extremely poor quality and not the right size unfortunately

Ordered this supposed beautiful corseted underwired dress for races what arrived was shocking , see through material no underwire no boned support inferior quality totally shocked by what arrived thank god i paid through paypal and my credit card to get my money back
As they offer refund but you loose the first £30!!! They are based in Asia not london as the website states took 18 days for the Dress to arrive website states between five and eight days the website is a complete and utter scam and they come in a SHEIN bag not in as you can imagine a hope and nice designer bag the quality was disgusting and I tried to contact them and as yet I’ve had no response back. I would avoid this website at all costs. I wish I had done my homework and not been peer pressured into buying the dress from my daughter lessons learnt on my part.

If you look at the website it looks like a UK based company but it's not so my bad for not checking before I ordered. The order itself took over three weeks to arrive and was so insanely different to the pictures online I had to check my order. It's such a shame because some of the designs are really gorgeous but the quality is just woeful.

If you want to return something then different story!!!
Expensive return- they keep saying not arrived yet even after months and tracking it. Absolute SCAM, they offer you a discount code then change their mind to another “offer” they also ask you to put a 5 star review on before they give you it, then they change their ming AGAIN

The clothes received have no resemblance to the clothes ordered.....terrible quality and poorly made!
Website gives confidence in a returns procedure but it doesn't result in a good experience. Expensive to return and then after 8 weeks refused by the postal service their end (all shipping correct) and shipped back!! Customer service up until this point was excellent and now no response!!

ZERO stars is what i want to give to a company who CLAIM to have a store in the Uk but do not. They are based in china selling inadequate cheap items that 5 look nothing like the pictures. I wish I had researched before I parted with over £130 - so far i have only had a partial refund and my £30 return postage cost has resulted in parcel stuck in customs due to me not complying with their request and to put the value of the parcel at 5 euros, to be fair that is an accurate valuation if you think about the quality. As I put the true value Ivy Luna are now refusing to pay customs fees so no doubt my parcel will sit there and I am even more out of pocket, Shocking non UK compliant company. I honestly dont believe any of the 5 star reviews love to see real people giving these reviews and see them in reality. This has so far been a 4 month farce!

Falsely advertised company. When I saw this within 30 minutes of ordering I tried to cancel. No luck there!
Returned substandard goods to the value of £134 in October after following their return process at a cost of nearly £32. Since 19th November the parcel has sat awaiting customs clearance. They will only offer me 50% of the total price. I’m continually tracking this return and been in regular contact by email to the company but just get the same old story not their fault and will still only offer 50%. I’ve tried everything contacted citizens advice who put me in contact with company who deals with foreign returns but they advised contact my credit card issuer which I duly did. Their reply was couldn’t help because as yet the goods haven’t been returned to the seller, They advised to contact Royal Mail to find out what the delay is. Still awaiting reply. I have today decided to accept their offer of 50% in the interim period but I know I’ll never get the balance. Shoddy goods probably only cost a few pounds to make so it’s a win win for Ivy Luna.
