We are a family-run business which has grown steadily into an efficient and cheerful workforce over the last 3 years, due to the commitment and effort we've put into our products and services.

My first experience with this company…
My first experience with this company has been very disappointing. I ordered fabric in good time for an upholstery course I was attending. The fabric that arrived was the wrong colour, an error by the company not my order. I was required to order again and send back the wrong order, and wait for a refund. I was promised next day delivery for the right fabric to arrive in advance of my upholstery course. The fabric did not arrive in time, it was 3 days not 1 and I lost my course fees. The company was unhelpful and offered no kind of compensation for their errors. When you deal with them you get conflicting tracking information and emails from companies with different names. I will not use them again, they did not make amends for their mistake, blamed the postage and tried to even get me to complain to their distributor, I lost money through my experience with them.

Poor Service Resolving Damaged Fabric Issue
Fabric arrived with stains and marks that wouldn't come out, even when fabric was washed. The customer service I received to resolve the issue was very poor and unsatisfactory: wouldn't give me a refund. In the end, I went to PayPal and they gave me a full refund. This company could do when handling customer issues.

NHS quality hygiene vinyl…
I needed some NHS quality hygiene vinyl to recover a full size changing bed. The material was great and for less than £32 I was able to recover the bed. Service was fantastic.

Sadly my order of samples was wrong and…
Sadly my order of samples was wrong and despite sending a detailed email with photos of what was sent it took another 2 attempts at them sending samples to actually get the correct ones. I was grateful that IWF eventually got it right but it's taken almost 3 weeks and been time consuming continuing to email.
