The salesman, surveyor and fitters were all highly professional and knowledgable as were the ladies in the showroom. Sometimes it is worth paying for quality workmanship and helpful people. This was such an occasion. Highly recommend.

We are very happy with our new double-glazed windows. The quality is excellent and they look fantastic. The fitters did a great job and worked so cleanly and quietly, putting down covers to protect our flooring and wore plastic covers over their boots. They bought their own flasks of tea and coffee too and were a pleasure to have around.

I love my new front door from Jack Brunsdon & Son, it is worth every penny and brings me great joy everyday. The price is higher than many other alternatives on the market, but I don't think there is another door manufacturer who can come close in terms of workmanship, quality, style, choice and service. I spent hours in other door showrooms feeling underwhelmed and disappointed that I couldn't find anything that I liked. When I found Jack Brunsdon I was genuinely impressed and do not regret my investment.

From first visit to the show room to having the window fitted, the service was excellent.Friendly and helpful staff in the show room, the fitters tidied everything up after themselves and took away the rubbish. Really pleased with our new window.

"We promise attentive service, best workmanship, finest materials & perfect fit". Don't believe it for a second. We have had nothing but poor service from this company. Our front door (excellent craftsmanship) was installed on 3rd July after two failed attempts. We are STILL waiting for the job to be completed. We have been passed from pillar to post in the "customer services" team and still no one seems to be bothered to deal with the problem. What's worse, Jack Brunsdon & Son didn't waste time in sending us the final invoice. It has been 3 weeks since the last failed attempt to finish the job and I still haven't heard from anyone on their side. While the product is good and the fitters are professional and a joy to work with, the rest of the business is a disgrace. I would look elsewhere if you want a new front door.

Having just paid for 21 units to be installed all new windows for our house, a new side door and a large set of bifolds (anyone familiar with Jack Brunsdon’s prices will know this is an expensive job), I received a call to say they had “installation issues” & they needed to put it back FIVE weeks ... Installation was due to start next Wednesday and now I doubt they’ll manage to do it for Christmas!

We have planned an extension to our house around the promised 14 week lead time and now they want to make it 19 weeks! I did call back and say I wasn’t happy having spoken to our builders and they have suddenly “found” 2 days to possibly manage to install our new ones and a date in “just” four weeks to “finish off”. Total shame as my husband and I were totally in love with the company until this afternoon, everyone we’ve dealt with had been great so far, but won’t be recommending them to anyone in our network now. I had seen a review for our local showroom on Google with a similar complaint (as soon as they got payment timescales slipped) and I thought it was unfortunate/a one off/a small order, but seems par for the course now. Shoddy way to run a business.

A wonderful experience from the outset! Really pleased with the door everyone has commented on how good it looks. When the door was being installed the regional manager popped by to make sure all was going well. The 2 people who installed were very thorough and professional and finished to a high standard! Also when we were choosing we were helped on colour, furniture and style that matched the age of our house we did not have this experience with any other company!

From the day Oliver arrived at my ancient house and took photos of the outside I felt as though I was in good hands. Then it took four months of fighting the local council to get permission to have the leaking leaded lights and wooden windows, through which you could poke a finger, changed to double glazing - looking like leaded lights and with argon in between the glazing and wooden frames.. During this time I was backed every day by Katya in the Henley office helping me to remind the Council of my plight. After a refusal, and a lot more help, we won. Every single person that had to replace the windows (built to order) was wonderful. Remember that the house is very old and everything is crooked. The “workers” could not have been more pleasant and kind to an over 70 year old lady, and anything I mentioned was quickly seen to.
In all my life I have never had such nice people, efficient and careful working for me.
I would recommend Brunsdons to anyone.
