Bane Coat Quality and their customer service
I bought the bane coat for myself. The coat is amazing and is made from high quality leather and fur. I wear it on most of my outfits usually now. It makes me look cool.What I liked the most about jacketstown is their prompt responses. As soon as I placed the order I received confirmation via both text message and email.

Excellent Customer Support
The customer support was the thing that made me their fan. I bought the Emily In Paris Pink trench coat and was very angry when the coat didn't arrived within 15 days.
I contacted their support in an angry way and even shouted at them, however the representative was very polite and guided me properly about the shipment issue from FedEx. They also compensated me $15 for late delivery.
