I ordered two jackets with a different name on each. I received the jackets with the same on each jacket. I tried to contact the company the day I received the jackets. I tried the contact us page, with the email address on the returns policy and finally on facebook direct message. They finally answered on the facebook direct message and said someone would be back to me. Nothing since. I don't know if it's a new company but there is zero customer service and on their about us page, it doesn't have a real phone number of email address. Buyer beware!

The quality is excellent and a great value back. I ordered XL for my teenage son and its not very heavy, very fine quality i must say.

Omg when I mean I had the best experience with the customer service team. My original purchase was too small for me to wear, but I was unable to return it and there were no other sizes available. Awhile later, I contacted them and they found a way for me to get the size I wanted.

This jacket is perfect. It's not too thin. It's not too thick. It's perfect for fall. It has a fleece sliding. If you are a hot body person like myself it is also perfect for winter and it's not too bulky so you can still drive in it.

I got this for my boyfriend as a Valentine gift awhile back and it became his everyday jacket. It's warm, comfortable, not too bulky and is also stylish enough to be worn with anything.
