With our frozen seafood, to guarantee its superiority, we make sure it is frozen at sea or frozen quickly after landing which we believe makes it indistinguishable from fresh seafood when cooked. Therefore, unless you’re purchasing seafood directly from the port, we believe our frozen seafood will consistently be as good as fresh.

Jack Hook has definitely got the plug! The customer service from these guys is impeccable, no request is too big or small, happy to advise and always provide the freshest and tasty seafood. Love that they provide accurate delivery times and ALWAYS deliver within the timeframe. I have been a regular customer and do not intend to go elsewhere! One very happy customer.

Excellent Service from Jack Hook…
Excellent Service from Jack Hook Seafoods. Required 24 whole unclean seabass for our local Scout Groupe and Joe was more than helpful in helping us out, especially with delivery as we required it for a specific day. Would have no hesitations in reccomending them to others, and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Lobster tails
