This is the 3rd time I've returned to Louise for my Mortgage. She always puts me at ease and makes sure I'm kept fully informed about my options which takes so much stress out of the process. Alice was great too in supporting my application!

I saw Louise for mortgage advice and couldn't be happier with the service. Louise is so friendly, professional, reassuring and knowledgeable. Could not recommend her highly enough. Would give 6 stars if I could.

I have recently been using the Mortgage Broker services with Louise. I can honestly say it has been the best experience for a FTB, Louise answered all my questions I had about every single thing professionally and promptly. I felt completely supported throughout the procedure & that everything was in my best interest, rather than theirs.
A shoutout to Alice too, who answered my emails in Louise’s absence & even gave me a call to discuss parts of the mortgage offer on the same day as asking the question.
I would 10/10 recommend to anyone else & look forward to working with them again in the future.

Myself and my boyfriend are first time buyers, All of Jackson Grundy made the process so much easier! Megan was our mortgage advisor and couldn't have done a better job, she was patient and incredibly helpful so thank you Megan! I had the best and most incredible experience with Jackson Grundy! Becky Toone from the Duston branch was the most friendly, hardworking, and amazing estate agent someone can have !!! She was in charge of our sellers property yet dedicated time and effort to help us and update us when no one would!! She went above and beyond when our own agency refused to do so. Without her hard work and dedication our housing process would have taken so much longer to complete. Selling our home was made easy by all at the Duston branch of Jackson Grundy. Thanks to Chris and Brandon for the early sales stage with a huge thank you to Becky for her work in completing the sale. If you’re selling in the area, don’t look anywhere else.

Becky was absolutely fantastic to deal with, nothing was too much trouble and she was always quick to help sort out any queries.

Chris was very quick in finding someone to buy our house, both him and Megan were incredibly professional with everything to do the sale and showings.

Becky was a godsend when it came to the sale! She helped to keep me calm most of the time with reassurance and support throughout. We had a bit of a longer wait due to management companies, but Becky keep everyone update and spoke to us at least once a week.

Jackson and Grundy Duston, have been amazing to deal with from start to end. We initially chose them to sell our property, as compared to other agents we approached they did not do a hard sell, harass us, or rubbish other agency’s in comparison to them. Megan and Chris were super professional throughout the selling process and they helped me secure an offer within a week or two of being on the market. Later Becky was superb as the sale progressed and supported above and beyond with facilitating communication between us, all solicitors in the chain and the other estate agents in the chain. I’m so grateful to the whole team for the fantastic service they gave us and after having a pretty dismal view of estate agents prior to working to these guys, I have had my mind well and truly changed. My advice to anyone choosing an estate agent to sell their property is to be careful who you chose to represent you - if they hard sell and make you uncomfortable then the chances are that any potential buyers of your property will feel the same. The team at Duston could not be more pleasant to deal with.

Rhys, Aby and Sam made a great team with helping us with a very challenging purchase along side a sale too. They were professional, knowledgeable, helpful and very patient and at times went above and beyond to help things progress as best as possible. Good and helpful communication throughout a long process. If one of them was not available, the other would be able to pick up the trail. We wouldn't hesitate to use JG again.

From my initial enquiry Tanya was very helpful and communication was always great. I rented the property for two years and there was no issue in this time. They would always give notice for inspections or work that needed carrying out. Moving out was equally as simple.

The Jackson Grundy team went above and beyond during my house sale. Communication was second to none and constantly kept me informed at all stages of the process even during a very tricky sale at times. An extremely knowledgeable and helpful team!
