Mark offered a First class service from start to finish…. great honest advice on hot tubs per se, he took time to explain, the true on-costs and regular water care; he even spoke to our electrician on 32amp plug socket, needs/cabling etc. Delivery and set up was straight forward, up and running within a few hours, taking about 8 hours to get to 38c. Great service, highly recommend - thank you…

Great experience

The sales team were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was to much trouble from enquiring right through to delivery of our jacuzzi this includes the delivery team and after sales team. The jacuzzi itself is amazing and low cost to run. I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of buying a jacuzzi.

Many issues still not resolved since delivery…

Many issues still not resolved since delivery and lack of follow up communication.
Damaged panel, faulty filters, lights not working and still no contact from customer service.

25th September update - Jacuzzi response implies resolution, to date nothing has been resolved and all issues remain.

First hot tub purchase

Steve was great at discussing the various options. His focus was to help with our decision, he did not come across as being sales driven. The time we spent at Jacuzzi was enjoyable and informative. We decided upon the Jacuzzi 435, the delivery and installation was straightforward and exactly as described. We have only just started to enjoy using the hot tub, and can confirm it delivers a great relaxing experience. Cant understand why we have not done this sooner.

The tale of a Yorkshireman's spending

From the minute my wife and I entered the Jacuzzi outdoor showroom at Bents Garden Centre we have nothing but praise for the team. We ventured over the Pennines on the promise of a deal on an ex display j-315 but also because of the full range on display. We were approached and skilfully brought into conversation (I don’t talk to strangers …) by one of the team ( I’m not gonna name individuals as they are a cohesive team) and every question and possible problem with site access at our house I could think off was answered and before I realised we were sat in the office with a bundle of incentives in our possession and I’d exhausted my excuses of why I shouldn’t spend a lot of money - so my last option was to change from ex display to new (this would confuse and disorientate them and allow our escape …)

“…er…erm…can I keep my gifts?”
“Yep”
“Delivered and everything …we’re from Yorkshire!”
“Yep”
“(Oh sh&t!!!) …er yes then!”

We were led thro’ delivery etc.- asked to provide photos of the location any issues any access problems. The tub arrived with 4 lads to lift / manoeuvre / slide and locate exactly where we wanted it. Faultless ! . The only snag we hit was the lad who explained everything didn’t speak English at all …he spoke fluent Birmingham ( I had to video him to listen back and understand ) he was very Brummie!
I had panic sessions trying to balance my levels and the team were always on hand (far better than the call centre I must add) and even after 3 months they are very quick to answer distress calls about ph alkalinity and bromine levels. I’m very cautious about buying anything and yet this team at Manchester Jacuzzi made it a pleasure to part with …a lot of money. So I’m sat here at 11:30pm watching the stars whilst bubbling away avoiding my wife watching love island on catchup and being warned to turn the volume down on the blue tooth speakers and not to fall asleep as I may drown !!! Monthly Jacuzzi customer care update regarding my experience:

Having finally received correspondence from Jacuzzi senior customer care advisor there seems to be baby steps being made towards a resolution. The fact remains that after 4 and a half years and a complete change of Jacuzzi I still continue to have a faulty product which will need constant repairs doing to it until a resolution is found.

Be aware that any Jacuzzi you buy if you have the rotational jets, they are a known fault and will perish and stop working over and over again until they release a new design. I did not buy a premium product to have to replace parts every few weeks/months. I am currently going through the process with help from a solicitor and trading standards in order to get a satisfactory resolution.

If you have a Jacuzzi with rotational jets, check them immediately. They will slow down and not spin and be useless over a short time.

Avoid Jacuzzi

Warning - do not buy a Jacuzzi unless you want constant hassle and engineer visits and a complete lack of compassion from customer service. 
Purchased a J335 in early 2021, have had 4 years of problems and faults and issues which have been constantly returned resolved then unresolved. I have had the Jacuzzi changed for a brand new one and continue to have the same issues. Multiple temp sensors, circulation pumps, screen issues, badly fitted and broken side panels, damaged cover clips, and over 30 jets replaced where Jacuzzi have admitted fault that the circulated jets are going to keep being faulty until they change the design. Initial customer service is now non existent and I just get ignored every time I try to rectify an issue which is out of my control.
Treated appalling most recently after promise after promise of a resolution and just blatantly ignored when trying to be understanding and patient under the circumstances. 
After 4 years of Jacuzzi ownership I’ve probably had a full working product for less than 12 months overall pieces together and after years of time wasted trying to rectify, my patience has ran out. 
A product over £10k is not fit for purpose.


Do not buy from Jacuzzi. You have been warned.
