The service works as expected and the support team have been very efficient.
Service is okay. Some teething problems getting set up - still not fully resolved a month in.

I used the service for quite some time, but they started charging me high amounts for calls so I stopped. I'd built up a positive balance on their PAYG service and I asked for this to be refunded 3 months ago. That still hasn't happened

As a system it does work - however, there are things which I found frustrating. Most calls eating far more minutes than I ever realised (phonetically taking all information takes a while!......) and it isn't possible to screen out spam/cold callers effectively, so you'll throw a good portion of minutes at this too.
