Placed my order late evening on…
Placed my order late evening on 31.03.22 and received it on 02.04.22. Love that you get a certificate of authenticity, and copies of paperwork, showing that the product is genuine Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee, including when it was roasted and ground.

Superb - great service. ordered gift pack and even got an extra free barrel which is a lovely piece. Great owner and very informative. Highly recommend have been using them a few years now.

Thanks Sue we have been going since March 2010 and we will never be like those big companies that sell everything. We are "sticking to the knitting" with our Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee :)

Hi Stuart , thanks for the feedback. We have spoke since and we told you about the fire that destroyed one of our roasters which impacted operations. I am happy your coffee arrived on the same day this feedback was left for us.

For pour over, a light roast version would be better.

Absolutely delighted with the coffee and their excellent customer services!!!
First time ordering Blue Mountain Coffee from JCTC. I placed an order over the Christmas, completely understood that it might not be dispatched until after new year.
However, my order took longer than expected to arrive so I contacted them asking about the shipping status. Edward promptly responded to me and re sent the coffee straight away and I received it within two days.
Anyway, all this happened because of the delay by the courier. I finally ended up receiving both the original order and the replacement. So I contacted him again asking if he'd like me to send it back. He insisted that I keep them, which he didn't necessarily have to. I feel that's very kind of him and he really went extra miles!!! I'd have liked him to not make loss on sale especially when it's not his fault but the courier's.
The coffee tastes great, just how I love my coffee: aromatic, clean, sweet. They also attached the certificates to prove the authenticity. I'm happy and impressed with the whole experience and would like to thank Edward again for his support, great job!! Definitely will order again :)
