James, firstly is a very friendly individual with a clear passion for what he does. He was very communicative. There wasn't a time when I wasnt responded to or a question left unanswered. I found James very accommodating with viewings. I work a pretty much 9-5 kind of job and James accommodated viewings which suited me where and when he could.
