Great price. Great product. Great staff at the Logan store. Excellent after sales care. Nothing was too hard with the multiple team members I dealt with at the Logan store. The distribution team were also great. Communication was excellent throughout. Had a damaged base, exchanged, delivered and unpacked within 3 day. Thanks again.

I recently had a disappointing experience purchasing from James Lane.
I completed an online order and paid in full after entering my delivery details, with no clear indication that additional freight charges would apply. After the purchase, I was contacted and asked to pay a further $304 for delivery, which was unexpected and not transparently disclosed during checkout.
I was also later informed that the item is not currently in stock and would need to be pre-ordered, with an estimated arrival months away. At the time of purchase, the product appeared available, and this delay was not communicated.
Overall, this experience felt misleading in terms of both total pricing and stock availability

I ordered some furniture from James Lane, paid upfront in full including the cost of shipping to Cairns in Queensland.
Despite numerous emails, the order has not been delivered and apparently been mislaid by James Lane or their appointed shipping agent. James Lane service & communication is terrible, totally unreliable ,they don’t care about their customers.

Staff were so helpful and offered ideas regarding decorating that were most useful. Additionally they did not recommend the most expensive item but guided us on the most suitable pieces.

My experience with the Helensvale store was amazing - the staff were extremely helpful especially Eduardo who was very knowledgeable in his decorative recommendations/ ideas which helped me a great deal.
