Great Team Great experience

Great price. Great product. Great staff at the Logan store. Excellent after sales care. Nothing was too hard with the multiple team members I dealt with at the Logan store. The distribution team were also great. Communication was excellent throughout. Had a damaged base, exchanged, delivered and unpacked within 3 day. Thanks again.

I have always had a very good experience when shopping at James Lane Alexandria NSW. I have bought a beautiful couch actually 2 over the years & recently bought a single matching swivel chair . Mark was so helpful & a delight to be served by . Informed & polite honest no hard sell always loved James Lane furniture quality products.

Misleading

I recently had a disappointing experience purchasing from James Lane.
I completed an online order and paid in full after entering my delivery details, with no clear indication that additional freight charges would apply. After the purchase, I was contacted and asked to pay a further $304 for delivery, which was unexpected and not transparently disclosed during checkout.
I was also later informed that the item is not currently in stock and would need to be pre-ordered, with an estimated arrival months away. At the time of purchase, the product appeared available, and this delay was not communicated.
Overall, this experience felt misleading in terms of both total pricing and stock availability

Hi Natasha, Thank you for raising this and we are investigating this with our team as there should have been a cheaper shipping option available. It does say on your order and also at the time of checkout that there is an error and freight will need to be charged later.

James Lane Alexandria

Stunning Entertainment Unit adds sophistication

The guys that delivered our new entertainment unit were fabulous and the piece itself is gorgeous! It adds sophistication to our living room.

James Lane missing order and awful service

I ordered some furniture from James Lane, paid upfront in full including the cost of shipping to Cairns in Queensland.
Despite numerous emails, the order has not been delivered and apparently been mislaid by James Lane or their appointed shipping agent. James Lane service & communication is terrible, totally unreliable ,they don’t care about their customers.

Staff were so helpful and offered ideas regarding decorating that were most useful. Additionally they did not recommend the most expensive item but guided us on the most suitable pieces.
We are both very happy with the service we received. Thank you

The two times we have bought pillows from them at 2 different stores and both times they had no bags. This was such a horrible experience having to carry 4 large pillows by hand. They also didn’t know how to wrap a vase that we bought and we had to ask them and explain to them how to do it.

My experience with the Helensvale store…

My experience with the Helensvale store was amazing - the staff were extremely helpful especially Eduardo who was very knowledgeable in his decorative recommendations/ ideas which helped me a great deal.

Went in store at Alexandria, had a great experience was so easy start to finish, couch will be delivered at the perfect time and store assistant went through all the details super efficiently. Lounge is also perfect, so comfortable
