Being able to get free samples and also larger returnable samples, I wish the returnable samples arrived a little more quickly and really did not like using the UPS drop off point for the return, I would have preferred a Royal Mail label so I could have actually handed them to a person

Looking for Foxi for under a washable carpet runner we have in our caravan . Not sure if it woujd work due to the washable underside but it works excellent . Very pleased with it and delivery very prompt

Brilliant website with good filters so you can select the type of fabric you need depending on what it’s for: plain and patterned, texture and use, and so on. I called and the call was answered immediately. I ordered three free samples on the website, they arrived within a couple of days and now I’m confident of what I need to buy. Excellent.

I ordered wallpaper samples and they were delivered super quick!

This company is a disaster, I ordered fabric which they took money for and couldn't get for another month. I phoned 5 other retailers who could get the same fabric twice as fast. Also their trade account is a joke. You can only get trade prices on undiscounted items but almost all of their items are discounted for that very reason. When I called them to discuss what other options there were as this fabric was important for a deadline, the person on the phone really couldn't care less. I will never usr them again.
