Brilliant customer service
I was accidentally sent 2 incorrect products. I felt very disappointed so left a review pointing out the mistake. I was quickly contacted and the correct products were sent at no further cost to me and the 2 incorrect products did not need to be returned. A lovely hand written note of apology came with the new products which made the experience very personal. I cannot recommend this friendly, hard working company highly enough. Marie France Products in London
Hey, I have purchased Marie France body shaper, a great product made in Lebanon that cannot be found elsewhere in the UK market, and thanks to Jane Cosmetics, we can get it now in London. It arrived in timely manner, beautifully and carefully wrapped. I am looking forward to order next the Marie France tights as they are of great quality and efficacy as they also have built in body shapers.
