I ordered the long sleeved hooded shirt. I'm in Florida and the sun is hot and this shirt was SO great with UV protection/fit/comfort. It is true to size, comfortable and moisture wicking. This is an awesome product !
I can't yet vouch for the products (but they have a great reputation...) but I can give a 5* score to their customer service.
Placed the order this morning, sent an email (annoying) basically begging them to send the item as soon as possible, and not even 2h later I've got a response and a notification the order is on its way.
The reason is I've got a race and waited too long before pulling the plug. Hope I love the product so that I can buy more
NOT READY FOR PRIME TIME
Attempted to place a Xmas gift order on their site, but at the "Authorize Payment" step it went into an endless "Processing" loop. Called Janji to check if order went through or to redo it...possibly via Customer Service.
It's just a Message Service! Sent an email since they seemed to prefer it - NO RESPONSE other than to tell me this "may take more than 1 day to process." Called again and still NO RESPONSE. It's Day 4
Went some place else.
Original Delivery Slow. Exchange, also slow but the exchange item turned up. Actually clothing is excellent, as is customer support and communications. Just be aware the time to delivery is longer than other companies
They force you to send the passport or ID torugh email to proceed with the order. Even when Paypal is used for payment.
