I wish I would’ve held off on signing off before I was more established
I love that I have access to this incredible network of lenders I just wish my own process of using this network was more established I would’ve given myself until first of the year before starting it has been a huge expense for my startup anyway I thought that I could put opportunities in and lender’s would be competing to work with me but now I feel like I have to build my own network within you’re network and I have no help with local connections

I'm no happy with Janover. Shopukld have never signed up. Places too much burdon on the property owner.

I previously wrote a bad review and Janover has since corrected that issue. I am not sure how to correct the review other than this.

The Janover Pro is a great tool for brokers
The Janover Pro front-end is very easy to use and allows you to build a professional offer memo that can be sent to selected lenders with a few clicks or sent to your own preferred lenders. The AI-assisted narrative tool adds a nicely written summary of your deal. Highly recommend Janover Pro.
