Can't give -5stars. It's a fraud website, scammers doing scam. No cancellation option. Virtually no customer service, number given is a WhatsApp numbers from which I have not received any response. On 5th December 2025, I ordered a casio world time watch from this site which was supposed to be delivered at max within 10 working days, and as of when I am writing this it's been 25 days.No calls,No message nothing. No way to contact them through other social media. All the money gone to their pockets. Will be filing a complaint against Jantacart for online fraud. Don't buy anything from this cheap,scam,fraud website.
Fraud website. I brought TIMEX TW2V03700X6 Expedition North Green Round Dial Analog Men's Watch from them on 24 nov 2025, paid 6k as advance. But after that no response from them. Their customer care is a whatsapp number, there is no direct contact number. I messaged them in whatsapp and mailed many times but no response. So please dont buy anything from them

They demanded and collected token amount,half of total amount at the time of payment.Then increased the price of product on their website,and demanded increased amount that was previously low amount to be paid.No response for few days.No facility for order tracking.No response to customer call.Very late or no response to WhatsApp messages.
Do not buy product from this portal. they are scammers. i ordered this stove on 7th nov, today is 18th nov. still no update on there website on my oder nor they reply on their whatsapp number. Till date its in PROCESSING STAGE

In this era of online world, products available just a few km's away and a good search engine like Google. you can find anything as close to you with the best price and delivered in shortest time.
These guys are just collecting money and fooling customers with fancy website and promising finance scheme have not kept any customer happy.
I only happened to check their reviews only after falling to there trap. Once money sent its gone. I even doubt my product gets delivered and even if it does not sure on the quality.
If buying alone is such a pain, forget abt refund and get a faulty product replaced.
If you dont believe, please check other users review and then order anything from them.

They got my money and send an broken product....customer service didn't even attend the call.. the product came without an original packing...with thin thermocol layer...and which is so annoying is the parts also they have replaced complete cheaters...don't buy from janata cart
