James was fantastic start to finish. He is very knowledgeable and gave good recommendations. He was always on hand if we had any questions and even popped around on a Sunday afternoon to help us out because that’s the only time that we could do. We thoroughly recommend.
After moving into a new property, one of my radiators began to leak. JA Plumbing and Gas were the only ones who could come quickly and who were able to work around my schedule, a testament to their customer service. Working full-time as a teacher means my schedule is quite inflexible and the offer of a Saturday appointment for an urgent fix was incredibly helpful. The work was done well and he took time to explain the issue to me and teach me how to recognise it next time. For being a very stressful situation, it was made all the more calming by such a friendly service. I expected it to be rather expensive, but the price was quite reasonable, especially given that he had to drain my system, install new equipment, and do all of that on a Saturday. I would highly recommend and will be going to them with any plumbing needs from now on.
James was Amazing very communititivie and explained everything clearly at each stage.
When I initially called him he was he was trying to get the old Boiler going but unfortunatel, it had to be repaplaced.
James recommended a Vaillant as they are top notch everything he said Which also said the same.
The install of the new Vaillant was quick a d easy. The new boiler was much quiter than the old Bax I replaced.
The price was very competitive and was much cheaper than the rest of the quotes I got.
Fantastic experience from start to finish, James and the team were brilliant. They turned up on time, replaced three radiators, swapped all the valves, removed an old rad and fitted a new boiler quickly and neatly. Friendly, easy to talk to, explained what they were doing every step of the way and Good value for the work done. I’d happily recommend them. 10/10

From calling JA Plumbing to getting booked in and works done, it was a breeze. James came to do a gas certifcate and helped me out by bleeding my radiators and helping me to understand the thermostat. He also diagnosed a leak which I had suspected but was unsure which he will come back to fix once he has secured the correct fittings. Super efficient, very knowledgeable and gave me tips along the way. He worked swiftly, talking me through each step and didn't miss a beat. He is very affordable and very respectful of the property and the client. I would absolutely recommend JA Plumbing and Gas Service. Thank you so much James!

Very friendly engineer (James) who was more than happy to answer any questions relating to the boiler, its components and how everything works in the system. More than happy to be watched when working.
Also, explained clearly what was checked, breakdown of invoice, notes recorded from visit and how the reminder system works after being added for the annual servicing.

Arrived promptly, communicated clearly, quoted the job with a reasonable price. Completed the work to an excellent standard and treated my property with respect. Absolutely cannot fault the service.

We have called on JA Plumbing and Gas services before, so when our boiler started acting up, we knew that we could trust this company for reliable advice. We were able to organise an appointment for the next day and the plumber went out of his way to come at a time convenient for us. He was very knowledgable and sorted the problem easily. He gave us advice on what to do if the problem happened again. I would definitely call on him again.
