My beautiful parasol was damaged…
My beautiful parasol was damaged because I’d not checked the weight of our base was topped up with more sand and water since we first bought the set in 2021 and a strong gust of wind sent it toppling over onto our fence where the main spoke sadly smashed.
The team at Jarder were so helpful and even though we’ve had to buy a new parasol, the service we received was excellent. Trish listened, talked to her technical colleagues and then gave me some options.
Really looking forward to our replacement because the previous parasol was fantastic with the look and feel it gave our garden. Thank you.

Prompt delivery and what can I say about this product? WOW - This product is AMAZING!!! You will not regret purchasing. I've had my patio 20 years, black spots removed with minimal effort. I highly recommend this product for Indian Sandstone patios, I did use double the quantity coverage suggests but I'm very happy with the results ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I will be purchasing their patio sealer very soon, if it stays looking like this I'll be very happy. I have a north facing patio which looks nearly white when it's clean.

Damaged parasol
I ordered a parasol recently. When it arrived the box for the cover plate was damaged and the plastic plate was cracked. I contacted Jarder who arranged an immediate replacement. Thanks to Trish for the quick response

Order delivered on the day advised and at the time given. Product works exceptionally well, our patio is cleaner now than when we bought the property 8 years ago. Highly recommend to anyone with Indian sandstone patio.

We had some concerns when initially installing the new Libra Parasol. I emailed the company and was contacted almost immediately regarding my worries. By that time we had actually managed to have the parasol erected. We are extremely impressed with its quality and even more so with the level of assistance offered by Jarder. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. We have had the base screwed into our decking for extra security and have also used the fillable black weights for extra peace of mind. Although these are quite large they can look very attractive if you stand a plant on each of the four. Another tip if it’s possible for you is to hook a bungee tie to the main struts of the parasol and then secure each one to an anchor point which we have done on our fence posts and brickwork of house. This makes the parasol even more secure and flexible if there’s a breeze, we would still of course take it down if the wind was too strong. Also comes with a good quality cover or winter. Extremely impressive all round.

The product cleaned the brick work drive and porcelain patio brilliantly.It removed the black stains as well as the green patches.
The only down side was that the 5l containers only did about 10m2 not 40m2 so I had to buy another pack of 4x5l.

Extremely easy to use
Extremely easy to use. Results within 12 hours. However, the smell lingered for a couple of days, and now I'm left with patches of white residue in the cracks in my paving blocks (not had any rain so far).
