My experience with Jarrets was fantastic from start to end. My instructor, Asdren, was patient and kind, always taking his time to go through things with me properly. This helped to build my confidence massively. I took my test and passed first time because of Asdren’s tuition. Not only was Asdrens tuition top tier but he was flexible with timings and dates, this was very helpful as someone who has a non-corporate job schedule. I would recommend Jarrets to anyone from complete beginner to ready to pass. Thank you!

Sam was amazing! It took me some time to get confident but he was really patient and helped me fix any bad habits I picked up so that I could pass comfortably.

Brilliant
So I have had the privilege and opportunity to have had Vikas Rodes as my tutor. When I came back to Vikas I was anxious and didn’t enjoy driving due to having an angry bully ruining my confidence tutor from a different company. Vikas helped me to gain confidence and to enjoy driving again which was a big deal. Seriously this dude is dedicated to you passing your test first time. He has so many niche ways of teaching and giving examples and guidance. I am neurodivergent, and have to be taught in particular ways. Vikas was armed, patient, and just really helpful. I am very grateful for this. Being able to focus on my weaknesses with no shame was extremely helpful. I had a great experience with jarrets driving school because Vikas. I passed I am pleased and I recommend that you choose Vikas if given the choice, he has a passion for his job and is great company and teacher. Top guy. Thank you 🙏🏼

I passed my driving test first time thanks to Lewis
I passed first time with Lewis as my instructor and couldn’t have asked for a better teacher. I’d put learning to drive off for years, so I knew I needed someone patient and supportive rather than overly critical. Lewis was exactly that. He explained everything clearly and made each lesson feel calm and manageable, which really helped build my confidence.
I always enjoyed my lessons with him and felt extremely well-prepared by the time my test came around.
I originally chose Jarrett’s because the pricing was much more affordable than the bigger schools like AA or BSM, but I stayed because the quality of teaching was excellent.
The online booking system can be a little tricky to use because instructors are in such high demand, so I’d recommend getting in touch by phone or email to arrange a schedule. I found my instructor and the customer service communicative and helpful.

I highly recommend Mark Day as a driving instructor. He is patient, encouraging, and really helped build my confidence. Particularly as I am an older learner and quite nervous in the beginning. Mark explains everything clearly and creates a calm, supportive environment that made my lessons enjoyable.
Thanks to his great teaching, I passed my driving test today (11/03/26) first time with only 3 minors. I’m very grateful for his support and would definitely recommend him to anyone learning to drive.

Amazing driving instructor
What can I say I have had 5 driving instructors that was not good over 20 year on and off of lessons 3 fails in a manual car. I started again in October of last year had zero confidence. Found Vikas Rode whom is amazing driving instructor. Now I have more confidence and I have just passed in an automatic first time and it down to Vikas Rode. Thank you so much x

I passed my driving test first time with zero faults - and I seriously couldn’t have done it without Mihaela!!!
I had no prior experience, and from the very beginning Mihaela took the time to introduce me to driving in an uncomplicated and engaging way. She supported me throughout all my lessons and is very organised. She is meticulous and thorough, making sure to leave no stone unturned when we were preparing for my exam. She has a pleasant and professional approach to teaching, always remaining calm which made me feel very safe on the roads with her by my side.
Overall I’m beyond satisfied with my experience learning with Mihaela @ Jarretts Driving School! If you want to reach your fullest potential and succeed, she is the instructor for you!!!

Excellent experience from start to finish. My instructor Miki was patient, professional, and explained everything clearly, which really boosted my confidence. The strict and realistic mock tests she gave made me very sharp and fully prepared for the real exam and therefore allowed me to pass first time. Highly recommend!

I’m so grateful to Vikas Sir for helping me pass my driving test at Borehamwood! From the very first lesson, he created a calm and supportive environment that helped build my confidence on the road.
Vikas Sir is extremely patient and explains everything clearly, making even the more challenging manoeuvres feel manageable. He always gave constructive feedback and made sure I understood how to improve, without ever making me feel nervous or pressured.
What really stood out was how focused he was on making sure I was fully prepared for the test. He paid close attention to my weaker areas and made sure I felt confident driving independently. Thanks to his guidance, I felt ready on the day — and I passed!

I was fortunate to have experiences…
I was fortunate to have experiences with two driving instructors, firstly Asdren is an amazing driving instructor with great patience and great motivation to make you feel that you are doing well and how you can improve. I also had Gavin after some unfortunate circumstances towards my test, Gavin pulled through and took me on and within a day and a half of practise in a new car I was able to pass my test today and I am so grateful to both Asdren, Gavin, and also Marlon the manager of the company for being such great help! Thank you!!!!!!!

Marius driving instructor
I passed first time with Marius as my instructor. After a bad experience with another company, Marius really helped me develop as a driver by building my confidence and experience. He was always very calm, easygoing and gave very clear explanations. I wish he was my instructor from the start as I think I could have been test ready sooner. I really recommend him.

Sian was the most supportive
Sian was the most supportive, enthusiastic, helpful instructor I could’ve ever asked for. She genuinely cares about her pupils and wishes the best for them; I felt like I had an authentic experience with Sian in the car as it would be such a comfortable atmosphere while so educational at the same time. I am genuinely going to miss our lessons - that’s the only downside to passing first time, which I could only have done thanks to her! Anyone would be lucky to have her as an instructor. I passed my driving test this morning…
I passed my driving test this morning with zero faults thanks to my great driving instructor Mihaela. As a complete beginner to driving and someone with a fast approaching test date, she was very calm and observant during our lessons. Miki was very good at allowing me to have control over my own driving and only taking over when necessary. She prepped me well with countless mock tests, and explaining all my mistakes after each one. Very grateful to have had an amazing driving experience at Jarrett’s with Miki, would definitely recommend her.

Ronald was my driving instructor for the whole of my driving journey from complete beginner to a full licence holder. We had around 20 hours together, from the beginning he has taught me to be confident and had full faith in my driving. He brought a smile to every lesson, always had stories which we both laughed at and every lesson with him was very enjoyable. This doesn’t affect how observant he is though, we have laughs but he is always watching and observing everything around and makes sure it’s safe for me but other road users when we are driving, his tips and feedback are very very helpful and he makes sure we apply it whether in that lesson or the next. I passed first time with full faith from Ronald, he is one of the best instructors out there, extremely patient and nice, if not the best instructor :) #safedrivingforlife
