This was the first and last time I will use Jars Direct. The jars I purchase are of poor quality. I was told that it is a manufacturer faulty and that all the jars are like this. I can confirm that I have purchased same jars from other suppliers, and the jars have been perfect quality. So be careful. If it was for the urgency I would have sent them back.

Apologies to read your review and relating quality concern. On looking further into this, I can confirm the jars you received were quality passed by the manufacturer. Due to the shape of the Orcio jars you ordered, and to aid manufacture, these particular jars will have a small number of strategically positioned tiny dots around the jars. Unfortunately, it is unavoidable with this manufacture’s moulds and process. We have sold tens of thousands of these jars without concern or complaint from our customers who use them.
We appreciate you did not have the time to return the jars for an alternative or full refund. On the very rare occasion quality concerns are highlighted, this is our standard procedure.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
(Please note the tiny dots mentioned above are only apparent on the Orcio jars).

Horrendous company, ordered 8oz jars, 6 of them to try them before i bulk buy for my upcoming Honey harvest, and It's just been a horrific experience. They sent the hexagonal jars like I requested, then sent the wrong lids, when i emailed their info contact us email and it bounces back rejected. I raised a dispute with paypal then they contacted me via phone and organized replacement lids, which came the exact same incorrect size as the first jars. Laughable tbh, how difficult is it for someone to try a lid on a jar before sending out 2 incorrect sizes?
AVOID and buy elsewhere, you'll have a far less troublesome experience, because these guys try to hammer square pegs into triangle holes.

Brilliant customer service
Brilliant customer service. Had an issue with an incorrect item delivered as part of my order. Email sent late in the evening to notify them....phone call received the next morning to apologise with the correct items sent straight out. The fact they bothered to phone rather than just send lengthy emails was so refreshing!!
Their products are excellent quality, which are always despatched quickly too.
