Apprehension turned into joy.
I was initially apprehensive about ordering a transmission from Jask for my 2016 Ford Escape. But after speaking to KP and Max, and receiving links to review on the better business bureau and trust pilot, I decided to give them a shot.
I'm glad I made the decision. I ordered the transmission and had it sent directly to the mechanic.
The mechanic initially thought the harness connector missing locking mechanism would be a problem, but Joseph stepped in, spoke with their mechanics and Ford mechanics and found out the harness could be swapped from my old transmission with no problem. Joseph also said if the swap didn't work, Jask would send a new part and cover the maintenance to ensure I was satisfied.
The swap worked with no issues. Joseph followed up multiple times to see if there was anything Jask needed to do on their end.
My car is running fine. So far, I've put over 3000 miles on the Jask transmission with no issues at all.
I would highly recommend using Jask. They are friendly and thorough. They listen to your concerns and assist in helping come up with solutions including financing. Give them a shot, you won't be disappointed.

I had a horrible experience with Jack Auto parts
I had a horrible experience! At the beginning they were quick to offer the part at a great price, then they asked me to sign and initial documents quickly while on the call with them for them to proceed with the order. Verbally, Henry told me that my part, rear differential, had a one year guarantee. Perfect! It took almost 2 weeks for the part to arrive and it took me almost 2 months to have it put on. Timing was an issue between me and my mechanic. Then the big day came and finally my car was being repaired…. At the end of the installation when my mechanic tried my car, he realized that the part was damaged. It had water inside and that was just the beginning of my nightmare. I immediately called them to make them aware of the issue. That’s when Joseph tells me that I was supposed to have the part installed within 14 days of arrival and that I only had 60 days guarantee!!! Talked to them on 5/24, part arrived 6/5 and was installed 8/1. They were going back to 5/24 as when my guarantee started, which is incorrect because it wasn’t on my possession. Anyways, from there until 9/1, a whole month I called and I was bounced between agents like a ping back. Joseph sent me to David, Elvis, the supervisor, also sent me to David and Joseph. At the end both Joseph and Elvis hid from me and David was the one who finally helped me get my refund and gave me the right information about how to ship back the part. They are terrible! I would never recommend this place, not even to my worse enemy!
After I wrote my first review and expressed how dissatisfied I feel with this place I was expecting a call and an apology minimum. I did received a call from the “manager”. He started great by asking more details about what happened. The least I was expecting was an apology and for him to tell me that more training will be provided so other people don’t go through the same experience. He apologized, then he offered me a 25% discount for a future order as long as I remove my negative review. Now everything makes sense. He buys other people bad reviews with 25% off but not mine. I am not planning on returning! I counted how many calls I made in a spam of a month and it was 31 calls! I’m sure I missed some more. I wasn’t able to use my car for 21 days due to the lack of communication from them, I had to call over and over to find out what to do and how to proceed with my return and they delayed the process to that extent! Wrong directions on what to do. I have emails and texts from them that proof everything! Don’t let them fool you with the 4.7 star review. Is not real! They suck! Terrible experience!

I strongly DO NOT recommend JASK Auto Parts based on my experience.
I have been trying to purchase an engine for my 2018 Honda CR-V for more than a month, and this has been one of the most frustrating automotive purchasing experiences I have ever had.
At the beginning, the salesperson team member was calling me every single day to follow up and ask when I would complete the purchase after I had been approved for financing. Once I was finally ready to move forward and completed the purchase, the communication and customer service changed completely.
After the purchase, I was informed that I would have to transfer parts from my old engine to the replacement engine. This was not what had been agreed upon when I purchased the engine, and this unexpected issue has delayed the shipment of my engine by almost two additional weeks. Meanwhile, my Honda CR-V is still sitting unrepaired.
What is even more disappointing is the complete lack of communication. I have tried calling JASK Auto Parts repeatedly, but no one answers the phone. I was previously contacted constantly before the sale, but it has now stopped communicating with me after purchasing. Is that way as Jask Auto Part operates?
I have had to escalate the situation through emails just to get answers, and responses can take more than 24 hours, often without providing a clear update or resolution regarding my purchase.
This is extremely frustrating when you are dealing with an expensive and essential vehicle repair. The level of attention before the sale was completely different from the customer service I received after the sale.
If you are considering purchasing an engine from JASK Auto Parts, I strongly recommend that you get everything in writing and confirm exactly what is included before paying. Based on my experience, I would not feel comfortable recommending this company to friends, family, or anyone else.
Very poor communication, very poor follow-up, and an extremely inconvenient purchasing experience.
JASK Auto Parts: 1/5. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience.

To answer your question directly: No, this is not how Jask Auto Parts Inc intends to operate. Our responsibility to the customer does not end once an order is placed. We strive to provide consistent support throughout the entire process, and in this case, we clearly fell short of that standard.
We appreciate your feedback regarding confirming exactly what is included before purchasing. Transparency about the part, its specifications, required components, and the shipping process is important, and your experience highlights areas where we need to improve.

To help find us a rearend for a jeep at cost us 1700.00 to pay them it took a month to finally get and when we got we had to put about 300.00 more out .the abs cable was broke then there were so.e bad bushings which we had to buy we didn't any kind of paperwork with the rearend like we were told would be with it they sent me a email 2 days after it was delivered saying it still getting ready to be shipped I would think as long as it took that there would not ha e had anything wrong with it but it's here and put in so I hope everything is ok we would call and always get the samstory that their mechanic was checking it out

Ordered engine for ‘03 Avalon
Ordered engine for ‘03 Avalon. From the beginning Jask was very communicative and informed me every step of the way. When I received engine I found it had been slightly damaged in transit. I called Jask and spoke with Joseph. He was not only understanding of the issues but worked with me on a solution satisfactory to me and then followed thru on ensuring I had the parts that were damaged and reimbursed me for what I spent to acquire needed parts. I would definitely recommend utilizing their service again!
