This is definitely not a fake/scam website but can understand why someone might think so, as the website doesn't update to say anything has been dispatched or provide tracking - in my case I got an email direct from Royal Mail. But if you didn't pay for the tracked delivery, heard nothing, and it was lost in the post, it would feel like a scam!

Not happy with this company at all I strongly advise against using them i placed an order on the 30th of June for first class delivery. It's now 3 Rd of July and still Not arrived I have been told to use the tracking and take up with royal mail. The tracking is NOT valid so can not be tracked the issue is with the company not royal mail. I have asked for a refund I will not be using this company again

I ordered meds for my dog which were never received.

- The contact emails on both websites bounce back.
- The telephone number (provided by my bank on the transaction info) goes to the voicemail of a random person (Jack Powell)
- The reviews on the website are fake and not from an official review company.
- No company info is given on the website, which is illegal.

It really is the worst kind of deception, praying on pet owners who are struggling to get essential medication for their pets. In my case, I'm £114 down, and I have to buy Optimmune/Visiocare again for my dog, who has been without medication for five days while I reorder.
