Javvy Coffee Avis 

I ordered 3 different flavours and personally it wasn't for me. I couldn't get pass the aftertaste - but that's just me and even though I didn't like it they were amazing to deal with. I emailed them and they emailed me back right away and refunded me the full amount of the order.
Super prompt, respectful and understanding. Thank you Javvy. Wish more companies were like this.

16 days later and I still don’t have shipping confirmation or tracking information.

I placed my order 16 days ago, and unfortunately this has been an extremely frustrating experience.

I initially contacted Javy because I had received no tracking information. I was told that orders typically take 3–7 business days to fulfill and that tracking would become available once the order shipped. After that timeframe had already passed, I followed up again because my order still had not shipped and I still had no estimated delivery date.

Only after multiple emails was I finally told that two flavors in my order—Pumpkin Pie Protein Coffee and White Chocolate Mocha Protein Coffee—were supposedly out of stock and that this was preventing my entire order from shipping. I was offered the option of choosing two different flavors so the order could move forward.

However, when I went to their website to look at the available flavors, the flavors I originally ordered were showing as available—not out of stock. Because of that, I chose to keep my original flavors and emailed the company back letting them know that since the products were showing as in stock, I expected my order to be shipped as soon as possible.

At this point, it has been 16 days since I placed my order, and I still have no shipping confirmation, no tracking number, and no clear indication of when I will actually receive what I paid for.

The biggest issue for me isn’t simply that an order was delayed. Delays happen. It’s the lack of proactive communication and the conflicting information I’ve received. I had to repeatedly contact the company just to find out why my order hadn’t shipped. I was eventually told the delay was because my flavors were out of stock, yet when I checked their website, those same flavors were showing as available.

If inventory was preventing my order from being fulfilled, I would have expected the company to contact me rather than leave the order sitting with no update. And if the products are now available, I would expect my already-delayed order to be prioritized and shipped promptly.

I have canceled future orders/subscriptions because of this experience. At this point, I simply want the order I paid for to actually be shipped and to receive tracking information.

Better communication, transparency, and proactive customer service would have made this situation much less frustrating.

The coffee is really tasty. I love that I can have my coffee and protein. When you are on a GPL1. It’s extremely important to get your protein in. And honestly we all know finding a protein that taste good is hard. Please try this one.

There is coffee and then there is Javvy! Great coffee and the best customer service I’ve ever received. They know how important it is to have coffee and respectful staff willing to fix the problem and make your experience great. Thank you to all Javvy employees! You all rock! Keep up the positive energy.

I have tried 3 different Javvy products. 2 of the clear refreshers and one of the regular protein coffees. I love them all! I am excited to try other flavors.

Loving the Javvy Refresher! What an easy way to get some protein in while having a refreshing drink. I think the blueberry/promagrante is my favorite.

the service and response with my orders is exceptional. So, it was a Wonderful Customer Experience added to a Great Cup of Coffee. Life is Great !!!

I absolutely love the Javi coffe, refreshers, and the creamer! I love using the toasted coconut creamer frothed and mixed into any of the refreshers! Im hooked! They make me feel good and also taste delicious! They aren't as cheap as I would like but if you buy Javi's instead of refreshers from anywhere else, it is way cheaper and I get to drink them everyday feom home. If you buy 5 refreshers a month from anywhere it already paid for the Javi refreshers! So I'll be staying with Javi! I haven't tasted not one of their products I haven't liked! I have already shared with friends and family who buy refreshers and they like Javi better! Plus they are way better for you than the artificial junk ones, you buy from the big corp places! Just saying you won't be disappointed! Even the ones I don't care for as much are delicious 😋! Also Ella from customer service was amazing! Im kinda difficult and she handled me great! They get back to you super fast!

The protein coffee is delicious and arrived quickly after ordering.

I was never a coffee fan, let alone an iced coffee. But the Javvy ads kept popping up on my feeds and I was intrigued. The no added sugars, the protein etc so I went ahead an ordered some,now I am hooked. I swear I could drink these all day long, My favorite is the carmel but the peanut butter/chocolate and white mocha with a little bit of product adjust are a very close second! I hate that it is a little pricey though.

I have been enjoying Javvy coffee for a few months now. Working from home, it’s the perfect breakfast replacement, or afternoon pickup/treat to myself. I tried a smaller bag from a retail store before buying onsite, and loved it so immediately purchased.
All of the flavors I have tried so far I have enjoyed. I also like mixing the flavors to enjoy as well.

The customer service team is great and super responsive. My order is out once and they were happy to help me cancel that order before it shipped and push out my next order for when I will need it.

I read enjoyed this coffee, I tried four flavors so far, and I am impressed.

Customer service is super fast and friendly. I am really enjoying all the products too. It's nice to have decent, healthy, protein options that taste great.

I have been drinking Javvy coffee for almost three months now. I am absolutely in love with this product! It’s been helping me with my health journey on GLP-1! I’m very addicted to Javvy! lol. Every morning I crave it! That’s how good Javvy coffee really is! And I’m incredibly thankful how far I’ve come on my journey. I lost close to 40 pounds in almost two months!

I am usually the pickiest person when it comes to anything protein- drinks,bars etc. this is the first time I’m not one and done! It’s easy to drink, not overly sweet and definitely refreshing! It’s so worth it- lots of protein and little fat and calories!

So I’m gonna give them a one because of their service. I was able to cancel my subscription online, but I cannot get a response out of them now via email and I cannot find a phone number for them. I had ordered previously from them and honestly wasn’t aware that I had actually signed up for a subscription and so it was a month ago and they repeated the same order which was like six bags of creamer and coffee well first of all I haven’t even used half of what I ordered in August but this was also two orders. The total almost $250. I asked them originally for cancellation of my subscriptions and to please refund the money and not ship the coffee and nothing no comments I’ve sent probably five or six emails and I’ve not heard back from many buddy and I worry that if I refuse the shipments when they get here that they won’t give me my money back so I decided to just leave and not so nice review and I think that I might even go onto their Facebook page and leave a comment. I’m sure it’ll be deleted, but who knows at this point I’m just pissed cause I love the coffee, but I will not be buying anymore from them.
