Very disappointing experience. I tried to make a payment using RAAST and the transaction FAILED. I even received a failed notification in the JazzCash app, but my amount was still deducted.
THIS IS A MAJOR ISSUE. WHY AM I BEING CHARGED WHEN THE PAYMENT DID NOT SUCCEED?
I contacted helpline support but they didn’t investigate properly and gave no proper solution. This is not the first time this has happened. Such issues make the app unreliable and unsafe for payments.

A day ago, I accidentally made a transaction to the wrong number, so I want to recover it. I am abroad at the moment, due to which I cannot go to any nearby Jazz Cash office. Please transfer this money back to my account, which was mistakenly sent to another account. I send lot of message to customer services but no anyone give me response and no anyone like to return my money very poor service

I had a very disappointing experience with JazzCash regarding a debit card and delivery handled through Trax.pk. I have filed 7–8 complaints with both JazzCash and Trax.pk, but no proper resolution has been provided so far.

Despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received clear communication or a satisfactory solution. Now my JazzCash card is about to expire, and the issue remains unresolved. This level of customer service is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

I expected better support from a well-known financial service provider. I hope JazzCash takes this matter seriously and resolves customer complaints efficiently in the future.

It is extremely disappointing and frustrating to state that JazzCash has shown complete negligence, irresponsibility, and unprofessional conduct regarding my account upgrade.

I paid the required fee on 17 January to upgrade my JazzCash account; however, despite the passage of significant time, JazzCash has completely failed to process the upgrade.

I contacted 4444 multiple times from my registered JazzCash number, but none of these calls resulted in any solution. Instead, a missed call was made merely to show activity. When a representative finally called and I answered immediately, the call was deliberately disconnected.

Afterward, JazzCash sent me a message stating “We are trying to reach you”, which is an absolute misrepresentation of facts. Even more concerning, I later received a message claiming that my complaint had been resolved, whereas nothing has been resolved at all.

This behavior constitutes false reporting, misleading communication, and extremely poor customer service, which is unacceptable for a financial service provider.

I am completely fed up with this pathetic service and strongly warn others against using JazzCash. I have made a firm decision to discontinue JazzCash permanently, as I no longer have any trust in your service.

I expect this matter to be taken seriously and addressed immediately.

I ordered my JazzCash card weeks ago and still haven’t received it. The Trax delivery guy called to confirm my address and then vanished. No delivery, no update — nothing.

I even took a loan just to pay for the card, and now JazzCash acts like they don’t care at all. Such a careless and unprofessional service! If you value your money and time, stay away from JazzCash and Trax — they’re a complete failure when it comes to customer service.

Today I received a call from JazzCash. They told me that I was being given a facility — if anyone in my family is sick or admitted to a hospital, I could get cashback through JazzCash by submitting the hospital bill receipt. However, they did not inform me that this “facility” costs Rs. 1950.

After I accepted the offer, Rs. 1950 was deducted from my JazzCash account without my clear consent. This feels like a fraudulent practice, as taking money without providing full and transparent information to the customer is unethical and misleading.

I request JazzCash to take this matter seriously and take action against such misleading calls or offers, so that other people do not face the same issue.

JazzCash is the Most Corrupted Mobile Wallet in Pakistan as they have just stolen my thousands of rupees out of my wallet account openly and blatantly. Reason for this review is to show whole world the ugly face of Jazzcash. On top, when I tried to get transaction record, they refused by pushing me to call their so called customer service which cost almost Rs.5-7 a minute. Specially very tricfully, 1st4–5 minutes , they waste on answering by recorded massage and make you press various numbers, then after few minutes, jazz cash incompetent, uncivilized and uncooperative would answer with no help. Now , as Pakistanis and their own customers, why do we have to pay for getting help on our account? All over the world, customer service is fully free to call notably, it cost nothing for mobile network companies to receve calls. Therefore, please, share this hight alert message as much as you can! Sharing your experience on social media and consumer forums can help raise awareness and force these dishonest mobile companies in Pakistan to treat us as citizens of Pakistan honestly and properly!

Jazzcash is a very rubbish application , I paid my electricity bill though it and after a few days they returned my amount and the bill was not paid.
its not reliable at all .
I will never use it again .
