I had a terrible experience with JD and would not recommend it to anyone.
There is no guarantee when purchasing products from this platform.
They deliberately hide the import tax fee £60 in very small fonts buried in many pages.
They do not accept returns or refunds, even if the product has quality issues. The only option they offer is a replacement, but the catch is that the buyer has to pay for the expensive international shipment fee, regardless of it being their fault.
The customer service is utterly useless. They are unhelpful and fail to resolve issues in a satisfactory manner.

Awful customer service with no direction or ability to make decisions. I've been contacted by a number of different people on the same conversation including Rio, Gokce, yusuf which I've asked them all to explain what they mean and I just get the previous email they sent cut&pasted back to me. Pretty sure these aren't people and they are just robots they are that thick.

JD.com (JOY BUY) forced me to pay an extra $35 for the same product, because it was not sent for some unexplained reason (after I had to follow up after 3 weeks of ordering). From China to HK, should not take that long. They did not answer reason for delay and refunded the $25.
Due to the unreasonable delay, I had to pay a higher price to buy the same product, (which I originally bought for $25 originally).
That was on 16 July and still waiting for reason for delay some kind of compensation.

I ordered clothes online and they did not fit so I went to return them and it is charging me more to return them and the shipping cost to get them here! On top of that the return process is so bad that it is almost worth not bothering! Will not be using the online service again.

Решил заказать тут телефон с купоном... За целых два месяца он так и не был отправлен. Продавец просто морочил мне голову все это время. Я не рекомендую вам вообще с JD связываться. Вам будут долго и нудно трепать нервы, отвечая шаблонными сообщениями типо все ОК. То им данных недостаточно, то у них курьер заболел, то они празднуют. Мол вам отправили письмо на почту, укажите там данные, но за целый месяц ожиданий ни единого письма не пришло. Это все чушь, никто изначально даже не собирался что-либо делать. Я писал им каждые два-три дня и продавец постоянно падал на мороз. Первая и последняя покупка на JD, такой нервотрепки и врагу не пожелаешь. На удивление деньги вернули, спустя 2,5 месяца, а я уже и не надеялся. Только если бы не этот сайт, то я 1,5 месяца уже должен был ходить с этим телефоном. У меня просто больше нет слов

The support is terrible
At first everything seems ok until you have to deal with support. The seller deliberately was making misleading description of goods, when in fact the received goods were worse than in a description. The support refuses to compensate for wrong goods. Don't buy here.
