Good for the price
There is a vast amount of equipment but a lot could do with updating, particularly the treadmills

When I first came to work here the pt staff were great the gym has had alot of changes since then the staff are friendly the management are fantastic and the cleaning team I work with are fantastic the new treadmills are great I will miss working with a fantastic team

Don't bother asking for help.. you won't find it!
There is no reception or great amount of staff wandering around to just grab someone and ask for help/advice. I pushed a button 3x and waited over 7 minutes for assistance. No one came. I then had to ask 2 strangers in the gym where I could find a member of staff. Before this, there was a member of staff who was at the weights section and continuously looking over at me but chose to ignore, I walked over to ask for assistance and they kept their back turned to me. That's when I asked the stranger for help instead. Unpleasant experience so far.

Busiest gym ever
Ridiculously busy to the point it is unusable spending 30+ mins waiting on a piece of equipment while other pieces of kit that no one uses take up valuable floor space that could be used for literally anything of use.
Gym is so warm to the point it feels like you’re training in a sauna when I know full well they have the ability to switch on the ac but decide not to in order to save money even though they are clearing making a fortune with how busy it is.
Kit constantly out of order sitting for weeks on end without getting fixed
while still offering zero joining fee to get more members into an already crowded gym need to either cap the membership or seriously rethink the layout of the gym & equipment on offer.

Good gym
Very spacious gym with a good amount of equipment. A couple of machines were awaiting repair however there were other options to accommodate for this.
Good general atmosphere in gym.

Big gym, lots to choose from. Staff have been very helpful and I have even had other gym members show me how to use things I'm unsure of.

Great experience
I recently joined JD gym and I'm absolutely loving it! The facilities are top-notch, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is motivating. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to work out, plus the membership fees are very affordable.

Very easy to join, good range of equipment, good atmosphere, friendly staff, QR code a bit temperamental,sometimes it works first time and other times it takes 2-3 attempts.
