Jd gym mk sucks not enuff equipment
Few machines not working. Most is packed cldnt do halve my work outs only one to buisy overrated. Packed for brand name. No dip machine. Other one was out of order like some of other machine. I’m leaving. I can’t complete exercises. I’m starting to loose gain. Put me off place I’m leaving. Had few pals interested not after exp I had not the people it’s the gym. Not waiting for ages to do a work out. Ridiculous and also. Can’t build in a gym. Not enuff stuff I cldnt build bcks or arms. Certain things due to lack some equipment some being. Broke down. Tbh first day ok sauna ect but. After first day it got rubbish. Not able to do all my workouts. Annoyed. Tbh. Going there for nouthink. Nouthink available but same arm curl. Machine up front. Started to get rearly. Disappointed moving gym

The gym is heaving at all times
The gym is heaving at all times, there is broken or out of order machines everywhere and the shower facilities are minimal at best. Only reason it gets a 1 star is because I couldn't give zero.

One time entry per day
One time entry per day is an absolute absurd thing that they can incur. It's not mentioned anywhere on the website whenever you're making your registration or doing your payment. I will cancel as soon as the month is over

If you come back a second time in the same day, please press the green buzzer button near the gates and someone will let you in. The app does only grant entry once per day, but you're welcome to come back as many times as you like, we'll just need to let you in.
If that’s something you do regularly, please speak to the Manager next time you visit, and they can help or drop your gym an email if you can’t see a Manager to speak to. The email address is miltonkeynes@jdgyms.co.uk 👍

Bit small and not much equipment. Maybe a screen to watch on the treadmills instead of a wall . I’m talking about the lady’s area.

There are people on the machine not…
There are people on the machine not using it just playing with their phones. Can we please put on a note to say if not in use do not occupy the machine. I have not been able to use one of the machines two days in a row as on both occasions they were taken by people using their phones

Easy access to the gym via QR code
Easy access to the gym via QR code, and good parking space.
Classes: I've been to 2 group classes, and both instructors were engaging and fun. I will be going back for more classes.
I also like that there is a sauna in the Gym, which is great value for money.

Budget Gym
The gym really is a budget gym which you can tell from the quality of equipment and the general state of the building. The changing rooms are clean enough apart from the toilet areas which smell bad and have tissue etc all over. The units in the changing rooms are so cheaply made that when you sit on them they start to topple over. There could be more of the popular weight machines such as hip thrust machine which always has a wait to use as there’s only one. There’s so many cardio machines that aren’t used and they could get rid of some of these and add some more weights. It’s okay for the price I suppose.

I like the fact the gym is opened 24/7
I like the fact the gym is opened 24/7, but I do not like the fact that the lockeroom closes at midnight. I train after work, that is around 22:30 onwards, and I am obliged to finish my training early, or I don't get access to my clothes. This ia not OK. If the gym is opened 24/7, so should the lockeroom. I understand not being able to use the showers, but then wat's the point in being opened 24/7? Everything else is OK.

Good gym but most of the time they negligeent the soap in washroom so it’s only water and since covid ends it’s no paper towel and dezinfectant on the floor , it absent from anywhere so it’s impossible to keep clean benches and equipment after ourselves.

Went for my first Pilates class only to…
Went for my first Pilates class only to be told it was cancelled,after waiting for 20 minutes, and it was second time in two weeks I was told by other members,was really disappointed , They could have updated on the system, doesn’t take that long to do it.

I am so glad I joined JD Gym. So many classes you can join and don’t have to book just turn up, that gives me a lot of flexibility in coming to the gym. I enjoy all the classes they have, great energy and great instructors. I highly recommend it.
