Great gym with fantastic equipment. Steve has been 10/10. Amazing PT and definitely made me want to continue with my fitness journey at JD. If you're looking for a PT in Plymouth, he is your guy. Couldn't recommend enough!

PTSteve from JDGym Plymouth is superb. He listens to your goals and ambitions. Devices programs to suit you as an individual. He is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend him. The gym in Plymouth has lots of variety when it comes to equipment - something for everyone. Well maintained with very good staff. Thank you Steve for believing in me, helping me overcome my gym phobia and walking this journey with me.

Great Experience
I haven't been to a gym in over 30 years, but my experience here has been nothing but positive.
Lots of choice in equipment, clean changing rooms, and general area.
Steve has been my personal trainer since December; he's brilliant and encouraging, working with me to slowly rebuild my confidence.
He was also fantastic with my Hubby, when he went for a taster in February, following open heart surgery in December. Hubby has now signed up for membership.
The only drawback, from my point of view, is the too loud rubbish music!

Best gym I’ve been to
Fantastic facilities! Always equipment to use even when at its busiest. Staff really friendly and always around to lend a hand. Highly recommend.

Been coming here since the day it opened 2-3 years ago. Absolutely amazing gym, clean, friendly, good atmosphere.
The equipment is brilliant, everything you need, plus a lovely sauna for after a hard session 💪
