JD Gyms - Rochdale Avis 

You know what I give 4 stars cos App for the Gym is so poor and basic but I Will be fairb cos then I changed it to 5 star. The gym is perfect personally I would like My Rochdale Gym to have a JD Burn Classes and wish it was 24 /7 gym. Good Gym chain thow

Bad service, misleading overall, claims to be no contract but as soon as you cancel direct debit they disable your account even though you have paid for the month, and the customer services is just as bad, the gyms are decent but if they do this ever again, I plan to move to another gym.

Although the staff got the size shoes I wanted not one of them smiled or had good customer service when paying all the girls did behind the till spoke to each other not once asked me anything

One of the best Gyms at affordable price. My first session was a LBT class with instructor Paula. She is a Gem and Very welcoming that made me attend many more sessions regularly.

Lovely staff, great facilities and nice and clean

Good atmosphere, friendly staff, and an overall great gym. However, the only thing I would say is that I use the boxing area a lot, so I would like it if that area had more boxing bags and more types of boxing bags, as there are only 3 bags which many people use at a time.

Overall a good gym with a decent range of equipment, classes, and free parking.

Mens changing facilities really let it down. At 07:30 today (1hr 30m after opening), there was no hand wash in both dispensers; clearly not restocked from day before. This isn’t the first occasion. The shower cubicles are poorly maintained, there’s countless shower doors that don’t close or lock. Some have no shelfs to put your essentials. Not the best showering facilities.

The free classes are great and the gym is nice and clean. Plenty of machines to go around and generally a nice atmosphere.

EXCELLENT FACILITIES, THE STAFF ARE GOOD, MANY VARIETIES OF EXERCISE MACHINES, THE BATHROOMS ARE VERY CLEAN AND NEAT.

Looking for someone to ask for assistance and rhe classes is not available

Been a member for just a couple of weeks and so far impressed. Gym and changing rooms are clean. Plenty of equipment. Fortunately everything has been easy to find and other customers are friendly, but I can’t say I’ve noticed any staff around the gym to be honest - do they wear recognisable ‘uniform’ kit?
Also the sauna in the mens’ changing room is out of action. The website makes a big thing of it having a sauna, so I trust this will be fixed soon. All in all though you can’t knock it for the price.

A large amount of free weights to use and plenty of space to warm up. Don't have to wait long for machines as plenty of equipment. Only complaint would be having to go downstairs for water.

Very welcoming and easy to find your way around, the staff are very easy to speak to and very helpful to everyone
