Best gym ,new member from last week , went in to do a session today , experienced some people trying to come in on entrance, wanted some assistance but there was n one there from staff to assist them... Voir plus

Great set of equipments. Even has punching bags which was lacking in most other gyms in the city centre. Plenty of space to move around. Decent price. The only improvement needed is some Body Assess... Voir plus

Pausing Membership
Dear JD Gyms Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent charge of £40 on my account, which I believe is incorrect and unjustified.
I had previously sent an email requesting the pause of my membership, which I assumed was processed accordingly. To my surprise, I have now been charged £40, which I have no intention of paying.
I would like to bring to your attention that the process of pausing a membership should be straightforward and user-friendly, especially in today's technology-driven world. I believe that your gym could benefit from incorporating a simple and efficient option for members to pause their membership through your mobile app.
I kindly request that you investigate this matter and immediately overturn the charge of £40 on my account. As a loyal customer, I expect prompt and efficient service, and I am disappointed with the inconvenience caused by this situation.
I look forward to your prompt and favorable response to this matter.

I came down with my friend on a day…
I came down with my friend on a day pass the instructor who was very helpfull with the info i asked the lady who did the burn class was brilliant i went home joined up stright away such a lovely place everyone dose there own thing nice friendly people ive been alone also attended yoga which was brilliant. I choose this gym for the time it was open and with it having classes at diffrent times to suit around my work life

Not good l.
The gym was freezing cold, uncomfortably so. When I went to do a class in the studio there were several pools of water where the roof was leaking. The equipment is poorly laid out and I couldn't find anyone to help me go through anything.

24hour access gym.
Only down side is that my QR code didn't work one day so I couldn't get into the gym but that must have just been a technical issue.

Signed up with a female friend
Signed up with a female friend. Within minutes of being there she was cat called and made to feel that uncomfortable we had to leave.
Unfortunately the women’s only section is rammed due to this and it’s so small.

I went for the first time with a female friend and was cat called within about 10 minutes.
Very uncomfortable atmosphere particularly for a female. Cancelled membership immediately.

Women side the showers smell & Hygiene…
Women side the showers smell & Hygiene isn’t very good on the exercise machines.
I’m not happy I feel sick going in the shower.

Very clean and a good layout but…
Very clean and a good layout but unfortunately two of the treadmill machines were faulty. I would appreciate if they could do regular maintenance checks in all machinery and equipment.
