I like all the features/ facilities the gym offers and for the price I’m loving the features even more as everyone is friendly there too

I joined JD gym on Saturday 18th July. The signing up process was extremely easy and very quickly to do , other than that the man didn’t give us a tour around which I was hoping for but otherwise... Voir plus

There are good classes and equipment and space is well maintained and staff very helpful. There are too many incline benches and not enough mat areas for doing standing dumbbell or isometrics with... Voir plus

We’re afraid it's true, our gyms are very popular and can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate at different times of the day and night. To make the most of the space where possible, though, we are always looking to expand and improve our facilities.

Equipments are very dirty from the sweat and dust especially the treadmills,cycles and other cardio things.not safe to touch. No wipes available to clean.

The equipment is well maintained and you have plenty of choice and the atmosphere is brilliant the only drawbacks are one peck deck and card only Vending machines

Price was the main reason
Price was the main reason, in difficult Financial Times I can still go to a gym and afford it.
Equipment is good, staff are very helpful too

I only get time to go late evening and…
I only get time to go late evening and I’m a new starter I had no experience with the machines before and there has been no staff present anytime I have been to ask.
I also think news starters should be contacted by a member of staff prior there first visit to see if they need help getting started

Not worth it.
For a start they don't even just have a cancel membership button, they have you fill in a form as if they can decline you cancelling your membership and it states it may take 14 days. Probably the worst equipment of any gym I've used, and no sanitisation. You could jump on any machine and it would be covered in sweat compared to others I have used which you have to sanitise it after use

Classes are great and lots of class…
Classes are great and lots of class times to select from. Would prefer more spin classes throughout the day rather than 6:15 but that’s a personal preference! Gym section can get quite busy but plenty of equipment. Really like the ease of the app and barcode to enter and leave.
